Abstract

Official abstract text for this publication.

A camera module according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure is proposed, the camera module including a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) mounted with an image sensor, a housing member arranged at an upper surface of the PCB, a bobbin movably positioned at an inner side of the housing member, an upper elastic member connected to an upper surface of the housing member and to an upper surface of the bobbin, and a space forming part formed at one side of the housing member to provide a moving space to the upper elastic member when the bobbin makes a relatively vertical movement to the housing member.

What is claimed is: 1. A VCM (Voice Coil Motor) comprising: a housing; a bobbin disposed in the housing; a coil disposed on the bobbin; a magnet disposed on the housing and facing the coil; a cover member disposed at an upper side of the housing; an upper elastic member comprising a first fixing part disposed between the housing and the cover member, a second fixing part coupled with the bobbin, and a connection part connecting the first fixing part and the second fixing part; and a support protrusion protruded from a lower surface of the cover member, wherein a first through hole is formed on the first fixing part of the upper elastic member and coupled with the support protrusion. 2. The VCM of claim 1 , wherein the housing comprises a second through hole coupled with the support protrusion. 3. The VCM of claim 2 , wherein a lower surface of the support protrusion is contacted with an upper surface of the magnet. 4. The VCM of claim 1 , wherein the cover member comprises a lateral wall protruded from the lower surface of the cover member, wherein the lateral wall is formed along an outer periphery of the cover member, and wherein a lower surface of the lateral wall is disposed on an upper surface of the housing. 5. The VCM of claim 4 , wherein the support protrusion is spaced from the lateral wall. 6. The VCM of claim 4 , wherein the lower surface of the lateral wall is disposed upper than a lower surface of the support protrusion. 7. The VCM of claim 1 , wherein the first fixing part is contacted with the lower surface of the cover member. 8. The VCM of claim 1 , wherein the first fixing part is spaced from an upper surface of the housing. 9. The VCM of claim 1 , wherein the cover member comprises a staircase part recessed from the lower surface of the cover member and overlapped with the connection part in a direction of an optical axis. 10. The VCM of claim 9 , wherein the connection part is spaced from the cover member and the housing. 11. The VCM of claim 1 , further comprising an auxiliary support protrusion protruded from the lower surface of the cover member and spaced from the support protrusion, wherein the upper elastic member comprises an auxiliary through hole formed on the first fixing part and coupled with the auxiliary support protrusion. 12. The VCM of claim 1 , wherein a length of the support protrusion is made longer to allow being inserted deep into an inner space part of the housing, whereby the cover member is fixed to the housing by changing a shape of a distal end of the support protrusion. 13. The VCM of claim 1 , further comprising a holder member disposed inside the housing, wherein the magnet is coupled with the holder member. 14. The VCM of claim 13 , further comprising a base disposed below the housing, wherein the housing comprises an upper plate coupled with the support protrusion and four lateral plates extending from an outer periphery of the upper plate, and wherein the base is coupled with the four lateral plates of the housing. 15. The VCM of claim 14 , further comprising a lower elastic member disposed between the bobbin and the base, wherein the lower elastic member is electrically connected with the coil. 16. The VCM of claim 1 , wherein an accommodation groove is formed on an outer lateral surface of the bobbin to form a space between the bobbin and the coil, and wherein the housing comprises an inner yoke and at least a portion of the inner yoke is disposed in the space formed by the accommodation groove. 17. The VCM of claim 14 , wherein the housing further comprises four inner yokes extending from an inner periphery of the upper plate, wherein at least a portion of each of the four inner yokes is disposed in a space between the bobbin and the coil, and wherein the four inner yokes face four corner portions of the four lateral plates, respectively. 18. The VCM of claim 17 , wherein the magnet is bonded to an inner lateral surface of the lateral plate of the housing. 19. The VCM of claim 17 , wherein the magnet is disposed on the corner portion of the lateral plate of the housing. 20. A camera module comprising: a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) an image sensor disposed on the PCB; a housing disposed over the PCB; a bobbin disposed in the housing; a coil disposed on the bobbin; a magnet disposed on the housing and facing the coil; a cover member disposed at an upper side of the housing; an upper elastic member comprising a first fixing part disposed between the housing and the cover member, a second fixing part coupled with the bobbin, and a connection part connecting the first fixing part and the second fixing part; and a support protrusion protruded from a lower surface of the cover member, wherein a first through hole is formed on the first fixing part of the upper elastic member and coupled with the support protrusion.
