What is claimed is: 1. A flexible display, comprising: a base layer having a chamfered corner; an encapsulation covering organic-light emitting diode (OLED) elements on the base layer; and an upper layer on the encapsulation, the upper layer having a size or a shape that is unaffected during a procedure for forming the chamfered corner of the base layer, wherein the encapsulation has a chamfered corner substantially the same as the chamfered corner of the base layer. 2. The flexible display of claim 1 , wherein the upper layer includes at least one among a polarization layer, a touch sensor layer, an adhesive layer and an optical sheet layer. 3. The flexible display of claim 1 , wherein the upper layer includes an edge having a sufficient margin from a processing line used in forming the chamfered corner of the base layer. 4. The flexible display of claim 1 , wherein the upper layer has a trimmed corner corresponding to the shape of the chamfered corner of the base layer. 5. The flexible display of claim 4 , wherein the trimmed corner of the upper layer has substantially the same trimmed angle as the chamfered corner of the base layer. 6. The flexible display of claim 4 , wherein the trimmed corner of the upper layer has substantially the same shape as the chamfered area of the base layer. 7. The flexible display of claim 4 , wherein both the trimmed corner of the upper layer and the chamfered corner of the base layer have a convex shape. 8. The flexible display of claim 4 , wherein both the trimmed corner of the upper layer and the chamfered corner of the base layer have a concave shape. 9. The flexible display of claim 1 , wherein the base layer has a notch, and the corner of the upper layer corresponds to a shape of a processing line at the notch of the base layer. 10. The flexible display of claim 1 , wherein the upper layer provides a clearance with respect to a chamfer line of the base layer to reduce damage in one or more insulation layers interposed between the upper layer and the base layer. 11. The flexible display of claim 1 , wherein the base layer, the encapsulation and the upper layer are implemented in a wearable electronic device.
