An intelligent door lock system is provided with a push notification. A sensor is configured to be coupled to a drive shaft of a lock. The position sensing device senses position of the drive shaft to assist in locking and unlocking a lock of a lock. An engine with a memory is coupled to the positioning sensing device. The engine and an energy source are coupled to the circuit. A push notification is provided to a dwelling user when a lock of the intelligent door lock system is manually opened.

What is claimed is: 1. An intelligent door lock system with a push notification relative to a third party provider of goods or services, comprising: a door status device configured to be coupled to a drive shaft of a lock, the door status device and the drive shaft assisting in locking and unlocking a lock of a lock of the intelligent door lock system; an engine with a memory, the engine being coupled to the door status device; a circuit coupled to the engine; an energy source coupled to the circuit; at least one motion detection device to detect a person at or near a door or window at the dwelling, the motion detection device coupled to the intelligent door lock system for purposes of detecting the person and providing information used for locking and unlocking the door; the intelligent door lock system including a processor and memory for receiving data from a third party's mobile device and perform a comparison of the data received from the third party's mobile device and evaluated at the processor to provide authentication of the third party provider of goods or services; and wherein a push notification is provided to the third party provider of goods or services when a lock of the intelligent door lock system is unlocked, wherein one or more bits of a lock operation bit information is received by the intelligent door lock system that are used for the push notification. 2. The system of claim 1 , wherein a log of lock unlocking or locking is recorded in the intelligent system's memory. 3. The system of claim 1 , wherein the intelligent door lock system includes a wireless bridge. 4. The system of claim 1 , wherein in response to the push notification to the third party provider a dwelling alarm is deactivated. 5. The system of claim 1 , wherein lock operation is achieved via a physical key. 6. The system of claim 1 , wherein lock operation is achieved via a Keyfob. 7. The system of claim 1 , wherein lock operation is achieved via a mobile device. 8. A method of providing a push notification in an intelligent door lock system relative to a third party provider of goods or services, comprising: providing an intelligent door lock system with a door status device coupled to a drive shaft of a lock, an engine with a memory, an energy source coupled to the circuit, the intelligent door lock system including a processor and a memory; providing at least one motion detection device to detect a person at or near a door or window at the dwelling, the motion detection device coupled to the intelligent door lock system for purposes of detecting the person and assisting providing information used for locking and unlocking the door; receiving data from a third party's mobile device and performing a comparison of the data received from the third party's mobile device and an evaluation at the processor to provide authentication of the third party provider of goods or services; providing a push notification to the third party provider of goods or services when a lock of the intelligent door lock system is opened; and providing or more bits of a door status device lock operation bit information received by the intelligent door lock system that are used for the push notification. 9. The method of claim 8 , further comprising: logging in a memory of the intelligent door lock system instances of unlocking or locking. 10. The method of claim 8 , wherein the intelligent door lock system includes a wireless bridge. 11. The method of claim 8 , further comprising: deactivating an action from the third party provider in response to the push notification to the third party provider. 12. The method of claim 8 , wherein lock operation is achieved via a physical key. 13. The method of claim 8 , wherein lock operation is achieved via a Keyfob. 14. The method of claim 8 , wherein lock operation is achieved via a mobile device.
