The invention claimed is: 1. An electronic device, which acts as an image sensor or a solar cell, comprising: an image sensor section that comprises two or more unit pixels that may act as a solar cell depending on a control signal; and a processor that generates the control signal and transmits the control signal to the image sensor section, wherein each of the unit pixels includes a photo detector that drives a photocurrent flow, induced by light incident onto a gate, along a channel between a source and a drain. 2. The electronic device of claim 1 , wherein, when there is no event in which the image sensor section acts as an image sensor, the processor transmits the control signal to the image sensor section. 3. The electronic device of claim 1 additionally including a battery that is supplied with electric power from the image sensor section that has charged the electric power. 4. The electronic device of claim 3 additionally including an electric IC that is supplied with electric power from the image sensor section that has charged the electric power or from the battery. 5. The electronic device of claim 1 additionally including an ambient light sensor that collects ambient light then, when the intensity of the light exceeds a certain value, affords the process the ambient light information so that the process generates the control signals. 6. The electronic device of claim 1 , wherein each of the unit pixels additionally includes: a first switch that is wired and switched on or switched off between the source terminal of the photo detector and the first solar cell bus; and a second switch that is wired and switched on or switched off between the gate terminal of the photo detector and the second solar cell bus. 7. The electronic device of claim 1 , wherein of the unit pixels additionally includes: a first switch that is wired and switched on or switched off between the gate terminal of the photo detector and the first solar cell bus; and a selection device that is wired and switched on or switched off between the source terminal of the photo detector and the second solar cell bus, and outputs the photocurrent off the pixel output terminal.
