An exemplary system, method and computer-accessible medium for constructing information regarding a distribution of thermal properties of an object(s), can be provided. For example, data related to a temperature of the object(s) can be received at multiple points in time and space at which a portion(s) of the object(s) is heated or cooled. The information can be constructed using the data based on a bio-heat equation.

What is claimed is: 1. A non-transitory computer-accessible medium having stored thereon computer-executable instructions for constructing information regarding a distribution of thermal properties of at least one object, wherein, when a computer hardware arrangement executes the instructions, the computer arrangement is configured to perform procedures comprising: receiving data related to a temperature of the at least one object acquired at multiple points in time and space at which at least one portion of the at least one object is at least one of heated or cooled, wherein the data is based on progressive temperature measurements of the at least one portion of the at least one object; and constructing the information using the data based on at least one of a bio-heat equation or a thermal transport equation by measuring spatial and temporal variations in the temperature measurements as the at least one object is at least one of heated or cooled. 2. The non-transitory computer-accessible medium according to claim 1 , wherein the bio-heat equation is a Pennes' bio-heat equation. 3. The non-transitory computer-accessible medium according to claim 1 , wherein the computer arrangement is further configured to generate the data relating to the temperature using at least one of a magnetic resonance thermometry or a positron emission tomography. 4. The non-transitory computer-accessible medium according to claim 1 , wherein the data relating to the temperature includes information regarding at least one of a pixel or a voxel associated with an image of the at least one object. 5. The non-transitory computer-accessible medium according to claim 2 , wherein the construction procedure includes inverting the Pennes' bio-heat equation. 6. The non-transitory computer-accessible medium according to claim 1 , wherein the computer arrangement is configured to discretize the bio-heat equation in space and time. 7. The non-transitory computer-accessible medium according to claim 1 , wherein the computer arrangement is configured to discretize the bio-heat equation in a matrix form, and wherein at least one of rows or columns of the matrix correspond to different acquisition times of spatial variations of the temperature data. 8. The non-transitory computer-accessible medium of according to claim 7 , wherein the matrix has a form of [ T 2 … T 1 ⋮ T n … T n - 1 ] = [ ∇ 2 T 1 dt ρ blood c blood ( T 1 - T core ) dt dt ⋮ ⋮ ⋮ ∇ 2 T n - 1 dt ρ blood c blood ( T n - 1 - T core
