Golf club heads which may include an iron-type golf club head body and an adjustable member configured to be engaged with iron-type golf club head body. The adjustable member may include a first surface and a second surface. The first surface of the adjustable member may form at least a portion of the sole of the iron-type golf club head and at least a portion of the rear of iron-type golf club head when the adjustable member is engaged with the iron-type golf club head body in a first orientation. Additionally, the second surface of the adjustable member may form at least a portion of the sole of the iron-type golf club head and at least a portion of the rear of iron-type golf club head when the adjustable member is engaged with the iron-type golf club head body in a second orientation, which is different from the first orientation.

First claim

We claim: 1. A golf club head comprising: a club head body; and an adjustable member configured to be engaged with the club head body; wherein: the adjustable member is rotatable and reconfigurable between at least a first position and a second position different than the first position, the adjustable member comprising a window; the club head body comprises a first indicator providing a first bounce angle, wherein the first indicator aligns with, and displays through the window when the adjustable member is oriented in the first position, and a second indicator providing a second bounce angle different from the first bounce angle, wherein the second indicator aligns with, and displays through the window when the adjustable member is oriented in the second position; the first indicator is located on a first protrusion located on the club head body; the second indicator is located on a second protrusion located on the club head body; the adjustable member further comprises recesses configured to receive the first and second protrusions when the adjustable member is engaged with the club head body; and the first and second protrusions prevent the adjustable member from rotating by engaging with the recesses when the adjustable member is oriented in each of the first position and the second position. 2. The golf club head of claim 1 , wherein the golf club head comprises a rear portion with a recessed outline of the adjustable member as an aid for aligning the adjustable member in a correct position on the rear portion. 3. The golf club head of claim 1 further comprising a second adjustable member different from, and interchangeable with the adjustable member, wherein the second adjustable member is rotatable and reconfigurable between a first position, and a second position, and the second adjustable member comprising a second window. 4. The golf club head of claim 3 , wherein the engagement between the adjustable member and the club head body in the first position displays the first bounce angle of 6 degrees through the first window, and in the second position displays the second bounce angle of 10 degrees through the first window; and the engagement between the second adjustable member and the club head body in the first position displays the first bounce angle of 8 degrees through the second window, and in the second position displays the second bounce angle of 14 degrees through the second window. 5. A golf club comprising: a shaft; and a golf club head which includes: a club head body; and an adjustable member configured to be engaged with the club head body; wherein: the adjustable member is rotatable and reconfigurable between at least a first position and a second position different than the first position, the adjustable member comprising a window; the club head body comprises a first indicator providing a first bounce angle, wherein the first indicator aligns with, and displays through the window when the adjustable member is oriented in the first position, and a second indicator providing a second bounce angle different from the first bounce angle, wherein the second indicator aligns with, and displays through the window when the adjustable member is oriented in the second position; the first indicator is located on a first protrusion located on the club head body; the second indicator is located on a second protrusion located on the club head body; the adjustable member further comprises recesses configured to receive the first and second protrusions when the adjustable member is engaged with the club head body; and the first and second protrusions prevent the adjustable member from rotating by engaging with the recesses when the adjustable member is oriented in each of the first position and the second position. 6. The golf club of claim 5 , wherein the engagement between the adjustable member and the club head body in the first position creates a first characteristic of the golf club head and the first indicator displaying the first bounce angle when the adjustable member is engaged with the club head body in the first position and further wherein the engagement between the adjustable member and the club head body in the second position creates a second characteristic of the golf club head which is different from the first characteristic and the second indicator displaying the second bounce angle for when the adjustable member is engaged with the club head body in the second position. 7. The golf club of claim 5 , wherein the golf club head comprises a single protrusion extending from a rear portion of the golf club head. 8. The golf club of claim 7 , wherein the adjustable member comprises a single aperture configured to receive the single protrusion of the rear portion of the golf club head. 9. The golf club of claim 8 , wherein the single protrusion and the single aperture are centered in a heel to toe direction of the golf club head. 10. A golf club head comprising: a club head body; an adjustable member configured to be engaged with the club head body between at least a first position and a second position different than the first position, the adjustable member comprising a window; and the club head body having a first indicator providing a first bounce angle, wherein the first indicator aligns with, and displays through the window when the adjustable member is oriented in the first position, and a second indicator providing a second bounce angle different from the first bounce angle, wherein the second indicator aligns with, and displays through the window when the adjustable member is oriented in the second position; wherein the engagement between the adjustable member and the club head body in the first position creates a first characteristic of the golf club head and the first indicator displaying the first bounce angle for when the adjustable member is engaged with the club head body in the first position and further wherein the engagement between the adjustable member and the club head body in the second position creates a second characteristic of the golf club head which is different from the first characteristic and the second indicator displaying the second bounce angle when the adjustable member is engaged with the club head body in the second position; wherein: the first indicator is located on a first protrusion located on the club head body; the second indicator is located on a second protrusion located on the club head body; the adjustable member further comprises recesses configured to receive the first and second protrusions when the adjustable member is engaged with the club head body; and the first and second protrusions prevent the adjustable member from rotating by engaging with the recesses when the adjustable member is oriented in each of the first position and the second position. 11. The golf club of claim 10 , wherein the golf club head comprises a rear portion with a recessed outline of the adjustable member as an aid for aligning the adjustable member in a correct position on the rear portion.
