What is claimed is: 1. A method of identifying a user of a wearable device, the method comprising: determining, by one or more processors, the wearable device is being worn by the user; determining, by the one or more processors, an identity of the user, wherein the identity of the user is determined based on input from a vascular scanner; responsive to the identity of the user being authorized to use the wearable device, identifying, by the one or more processors, a profile of the user; responsive to identifying one or more interactions with the wearable device, determining, by the one or more processors, a command based, at least in part, on the one or more interactions and the profile of the user, wherein (i) the determined command is a first command in response to the user being associated with a first user profile or (ii) the determined command is a second command in response to the user being associated with a second user profile; and sending, by the one or more processors, the command to a computing device for execution. 2. A computer program product for identifying a user of a wearable device, the computer program product comprising: one or more computer-readable storage media and program instructions stored on the one or more computer-readable storage media, the program instructions comprising: program instructions to determine the wearable device is being worn by the user; program instructions to determine, by the one or more processors, an identity of the user, wherein the identity of the user is determined based on input from a vascular scanner; responsive to the identity of the user being authorized to use the wearable device, program instructions to identify a profile of the user; responsive to identifying one or more interactions with the wearable device, program instructions to determine a command based, at least in part, on the one or more interactions and the profile of the user, wherein (i) the determined command is a first command in response to the user being associated with a first user profile or (ii) the determined command is a second command in response to the user being associated with a second user profile; and program instructions to send the command to a computing device for execution. 3. A computer system for identifying a user of a wearable device, the computer system comprising: one or more computer processors; one or more computer readable storage media; and program instructions stored on the computer readable storage media for execution by at least one of the one or more processors, the program instructions comprising: program instructions to determine the wearable device is being worn by the user; program instructions to determine, by the one or more processors, an identity of the user, wherein the identity of the user is determined based on input from a vascular scanner; responsive to the identity of the user being authorized to use the wearable device, program instructions to identify a profile of the user; responsive to identifying one or more interactions with the wearable device, program instructions to determine a command based, at least in part, on the one or more interactions and the profile of the user, wherein (i) the determined command is a first command in response to the user being associated with a first user profile or (ii) the determined command is a second command in response to the user being associated with a second user profile; and program instructions to send the command to a computing device for execution.
