The disposable container according to claim 1 , wherein the rigid or semi-rigid bottom comprises a rim that extends vertically towards the interior compartment of the container. 3. The disposable container according to claim 1 , wherein the angle of inclination is from 1°-25°. 4. The disposable container according to claim 1 , wherein the bottom comprises a drainage structure in the second half of the bottom having the lowest point in relation to the vertical axis. 5. The disposable container according to claim 1 , wherein the bottom comprises at least one mixing impeller on the first half of the bottom having the highest point in respect to the vertical axis. 6. The disposable container according to a claim 1 , wherein the top comprises a rigid or semi-rigid material. 7. The disposable container according to claim 6 , wherein the top comprises at least one opening that is fluid-tightly covered with the assembly comprising a second flexible material and wherein the assembly comprises at least one port which provides access to the interior compartment of the container. 8. The disposable container according to claim 1 , wherein the first flexible material and the second flexible material are the same materials. 9. The disposable container according to claim 1 , wherein the first flexible material and/or the second flexible material is a plastic laminate. 10. The disposable container according to claim 1 , wherein the side wall, top and bottom are joined together by a heat seal and/or an adhesive seal. 11. The disposable container according to claim 1 , wherein the bottom comprises at least two openings fluid-tightly covered with the assembly. 12.
