An electrophotographic photoreceptor includes: a conductive support; a photosensitive layer disposed on the conductive support; and a protective layer disposed on the photosensitive layer, wherein the protective layer is formed of a polymerized and cured product of a radically polymerizable composition containing a radically polymerizable monomer, a perfluoropolyether compound having a radically polymerizable group, and metal oxide fine particles having a radically polymerizable group.

What is claimed is: 1. An electrophotographic photoreceptor comprising: a conductive support; a photosensitive layer disposed on the conductive support; and a protective layer disposed on the photosensitive layer, wherein the protective layer is formed of a polymerized and cured product of a radically polymerizable composition containing a radically polymerizable monomer, a perfluoropolyether compound having a first radically polymerizable group, and metal oxide fine particles having a second radically polymerizable group, and the metal oxide fine particles are surface-treated with a compound having the second radically polymerizable group. 2. The electrophotographic photoreceptor according to claim 1 , wherein the perfluoropolyether compound has 4 or more radically polymerizable groups. 3. The electrophotographic photoreceptor according to claim 1 , wherein a content of the perfluoropolyether compound in the polymerized and cured product is from 10 to 100 parts by mass in terms of a content of the perfluoropolyether compound having the first radically polymerizable group with respect to 100 parts by mass of the radically polymerizable monomer in the radically polymerizable composition. 4. The electrophotographic photoreceptor according to claim 1 , wherein a content of the metal oxide fine particles in the polymerized and cured product is from 30 to 100 parts by mass in terms of a content of the metal oxide fine particles having the second radically polymerizable group with respect to 100 parts by mass of a sum of the radically polymerizable monomer and the perfluoropolyether compound having the first radically polymerizable group in the radically polymerizable composition. 5. The electrophotographic photoreceptor according to claim 1 , wherein the first and second radically polymerizable groups are the same. 6. The electrophotographic photoreceptor according to claim wherein the first and second radically polymerizable groups are different.
