We claim: 1. A network cabinet comprising: a bottom portion; a center portion including a plurality of equipment rails that define a plurality of rack unit spaces; a top portion including a first front-to-back beam and a second front-to-back beam; and a network appliance mounting kit positioned in said top portion, said network appliance mounting kit including: a mounting feature to attach a network appliance to a network cabinet such that said network appliance does not interfere with any one of said plurality of rack unit spaces, the mounting feature including a first appliance bracket and a second appliance bracket; an appliance mount plate, said appliance mount plate being attached to said first appliance bracket and said second appliance bracket, said appliance mount plate to attach said network appliance thereto vertically relative to said network cabinet; and a slack management tray mounted to a bottom of the first and second front-to-back beams and positioned between a front of the network cabinet and the network appliance. 2. The network cabinet of claim 1 , wherein said first appliance bracket is attached to said first front-to-back beam, and wherein said second appliance bracket is attached to said second front-to-back beam. 3. The network cabinet of claim 2 , wherein at least one of said first appliance bracket is attached to said first front-to-back beam along a bottom of said first front-to-back beam and said second appliance is attached to said second front-to-back beam along a bottom of said second front-to-back beam. 4. The network cabinet of claim 2 , wherein said first appliance bracket and said second appliance bracket are to suspend said network appliance between said first front-to-back beam and said second front-to-back beam. 5. The network cabinet of claim 1 , wherein said first appliance bracket is to suspend said network appliance between said first front-to-back beam and said second front-to-back beam. 6. The network cabinet of claim 1 , wherein said appliance mount plate is attached to said first appliance bracket via a securing section, said securing section including at least one cable pass-through cutout. 7. The network cabinet of claim 1 , wherein said first appliance bracket includes a pass-through network communication connector. 8. The network cabinet of claim 1 , wherein said cable management tray includes a front end that is closer to said front of said network cabinet and a rear end that is closer to a rear of said network cabinet, and wherein said front end includes an upwardly angled flange. 9. The network cabinet of claim 8 further comprising a cable routing opening in said top portion at said front of said network cabinet, wherein said upwardly angled flange includes a cutout aligned with said cable routing opening. 10. A system comprising: a network appliance; and a network cabinet, said network cabinet including: a bottom portion; a center portion including a plurality of equipment rails that define a plurality of rack unit spaces; a top portion including a first front-to-back beam and a second front-to-back beam; and a network appliance mounting kit positioned in said top portion, said network appliance mounting kit including: a mounting feature to attach said network appliance to said network cabinet such that said network appliance does not interfere with any one of said plurality of rack unit spaces, the mounting feature including a first appliance bracket and a second appliance bracket; an appliance mount plate, said appliance mount plate being attached to said first appliance bracket and said second appliance bracket, said appliance mount plate to attach said network appliance thereto vertically relative to said network cabinet; and a slack management tray mounted to a bottom of the first and second front-to-back beams and positioned between a front of the network cabinet and the network appliance. 11. The system of claim 10 , wherein said first appliance bracket is attached to at least one of said first front-to-back beam and said second front-to-back beam.
