We claim: 1. A method related to data management, the method comprising: accepting input for designating a video/audio data stream having a first resolution; accepting input for degrading at least a portion of the video/audio data stream to a second resolution different than the first resolution if at least one network condition is met; and transmitting at least one of the video/audio data stream at the first resolution or the portion of the video/audio data stream at the second resolution, the transmitting the portion of the video/audio data stream at the first resolution or the video/audio data stream at the second resolution based at least partially on the degrading at least a portion of the video/audio stream to a second resolution different than the first resolution if the at least one network condition is met. 2. A system related to data management, the system comprising: circuitry for accepting input for designating a video/audio data stream having a first resolution; circuitry for accepting input for degrading at least a portion of the video/audio data stream to a second resolution different than the first resolution if at least one network condition is met; and circuitry for transmitting at least one of the video/audio data stream at the first resolution or the portion of the video/audio data stream at the second resolution, the circuitry for transmitting the portion of the video/audio data stream at the first resolution or the video/audio data stream at the second resolution based at least partially on the circuitry for accepting input for degrading at least a portion of the video/audio stream to a second resolution different than the first resolution if the at least one network condition is met. 3. The system of claim 2 , further comprising: circuitry for retaining a video/audio aspect of the video/audio data stream in at least one of the first resolution or the second resolution, the circuitry for retaining based at least partially on the circuitry for accepting input for degrading the at least a portion of the video/audio data stream to a second resolution different than the first resolution if the at least one network condition is met. 4. The system of claim 2 , wherein the circuitry for accepting input for degrading at least a portion of the video/audio data stream to a second resolution different than the first resolution if at least one network condition is met comprises: circuitry for accepting input for degrading a residue of the video/audio data stream to a second resolution, wherein the residue is excluded from the video/audio data stream, and wherein the second resolution is less than the first resolution. 5. The system of claim 2 , wherein the circuitry for accepting input for designating a video/audio data stream having a first resolution comprises: circuitry for accepting input for designating the video/audio data stream having a first resolution, wherein the designating the video/audio aspect of the video/audio data stream includes a designating of at least one instance of a distinct human voice and/or at least one instance of a distinct sound and/or at least one instance of an image of a distinct object. 6. The system of claim 2 , wherein the circuitry for accepting input for designating a video/audio data stream having a first resolution comprises: circuitry for accepting input for designating the video/audio data stream having a first resolution, wherein the video/audio aspect of the video/audio data stream includes at least one particular video/imagery/audio aspect of interest, and wherein the transmitting at least one of the video/audio data stream at the first resolution or the portion of the video/audio data stream at the second resolution, the transmitting the portion of the video/audio data stream at the first resolution or the video/audio data stream at the second resolution based at least partially on the degrading at least a portion of the video/audio stream to a second resolution different than the first resolution if the at least one network condition is met includes at least: transmitting the at least one particular video/imagery/audio aspect of interest at the second resolution different than the first resolution. 7. The system of claim 2 , wherein the circuitry for accepting input for designating a video/audio data stream having a first resolution comprises: circuitry for accepting input for designating the video/audio data stream having a first resolution, wherein the video/audio aspect of the video/audio data stream includes a portion of video/audio data included in a temporal segment of the video/audio data stream. 8. The system of claim 2 , wherein the circuitry for transmitting at least one of the video/audio data stream at the first resolution or the portion of the video/audio data stream at the second resolution, the circuitry for transmitting the portion of the video/audio data stream at the first resolution or the video/audio data stream at the second resolution based at least partially on the circuitry for accepting input for degrading at least a portion of the video/audio stream to a second resolution different than the first resolution if the at least one network condition is met comprises: circuitry for transmitting at least one of the video/audio data stream at the first resolution or the portion of the video/audio data stream at the second resolution, wherein the video/audio data stream includes a plurality of temporal segments of the video/audio data stream, and wherein the plurality of temporal segments are available in at least one of the first resolution or the second resolution. 9. The system of claim 2 , wherein the circuitry for accepting input for designating a video/audio data stream having a first resolution comprises: circuitry for accepting input for designating the video/audio data stream having a first resolution, wherein the video/audio data stream is a live and/or a substantially live video/audio data stream. 10. The system of claim 2 , wherein the circuitry for accepting input for designating a video/audio data stream having a first resolution comprises: circuitry for accepting input for designating the video/audio data stream having a first resolution, wherein the video/audio data stream is a retained video/audio data stream. 11. The system of claim 2 , further comprising: circuitry for accepting input for designating the second resolution value. 12. The system of claim 2 , wherein the circuitry for accepting input for designating a video/audio data stream having a first resolution comprises: circuitry for accepting at least one of a tactile input, a sonic input, or a visual input. 13. The system of claim 2 , further comprising: circuitry for accepting input for storing a residue of the video/audio data stream at the second resolution, wherein the residue is excluded from the video/audio aspect. 14. The system of claim 2 , wherein the circuitry for accepting input for degrading the at least a portion of the video/audio data stream to a second resolution different than the first resolution if the at least one network condition is met comprises: circuitry for identifying at least one network associated with a device configured for displaying the video/audio data stream, and wherein the circuitry for transmitting at least one of the video/audio data stream at the first resolution or the portion of the video/audio data stream at the second resolution, the circuitry for transmitting the portion of the video/audio data stream at the first resolution or the video/audio data stream at the second resolution based at least partially on the circuitry
