The invention claimed is: 1. A cosmetic containing inorganic particles consisting of a compound represented by a general formula: Mg x Ti y O (x+2y+2z ):Mn 4+ z wherein 1.5<x<2.5, 0.5<y≤1.5, and 0.0001<z<0.1. 2. The cosmetic according to claim 1 having the inorganic particle content of 0.1 to 90 wt% relative to the total amount of the cosmetic. 3. The cosmetic according to claim 1 , wherein the inorganic particles have a spherical shape. 4. The cosmetic according to claim 1 , the inorganic particles have an average particle diameter of 1 to 200 μm. 5. The cosmetic according to claim 1 , the inorganic particles have a luminance Y of 0.1 or more when a light having an excitation light wavelength of 365 nm is irradiated. 6. The cosmetic according to claim 2 , wherein the inorganic particles have a spherical shape. 7. The cosmetic according to claim 2 , the inorganic particles have an average particle diameter of 1 to 200 μm. 8. The cosmetic according to claim 3 , the inorganic particles have an average particle diameter of 1 to 200 μm. 9. The cosmetic according to claim 2 , the inorganic particles have a luminance Y of 0.1 or more when a light having an excitation light wavelength of 365 nm is irradiated. 10. The cosmetic according to claim 3 , the inorganic particles have a luminance Y of 0.1 or more when a light having an excitation light wavelength of 365 nm is irradiated. 11. The cosmetic according to claim 4 , the inorganic particles have a luminance Y of 0.1 or more when a light having an excitation light wavelength of 365 nm is irradiated.
