The invention claimed is: 1. A cartilage trimmer, comprising: a guide pin connected to a cutter with a blade projecting from only one side of the guide pin, and wherein: an angular position of the blade is adjustable relative to the guide pin, the angular position of the blade is adjustable relative to a normal to a longitudinal axis of the guide pin by about 20 to about 30 degrees in a distal direction and about 20 to about 30 degrees in a proximal direction, the guide pin includes a first connection portion adjacent a distal end thereof, the cutter includes a second connection portion, the first and second connection portions are connectable, the first connection portion includes an opening in a side of the guide pin, the second connection portion is received in the opening, and the connection between the first and second connection portions is threaded. 2. A cartilage trimmer, comprising: a guide pin connected to a cutter with a blade projecting from only one side of the guide pin, and wherein: an angular position of the blade is adjustable relative to the guide pin, the angular position of the blade is adjustable relative to a normal to a longitudinal axis of the guide pin by about 20 to about 30 degrees in a distal direction and about 20 to about 30 degrees in a proximal direction, the guide pin includes a first connection portion adjacent a distal end thereof, the cutter includes a second connection portion, the first and second connection portions are connectable, the first connection portion includes an opening in a side of the guide pin, the second connection portion is received in the opening, and a bushing is received in the opening, the bushing moveable relative to the opening to adjust an angle of the cutter relative to the guide pin. 3. A cartilage trimmer, comprising: a guide pin connected to a cutter with a blade projecting from only one side of the guide pin, and wherein: an angular position of the blade is adjustable relative to the guide pin, the angular position of the blade is adjustable relative to a normal to a longitudinal axis of the guide pin by about 20 to about 30 degrees in a distal direction and about 20 to about 30 degrees in a proximal direction, the guide pin includes a first connection portion adjacent a distal end thereof, the cutter includes a second connection portion, the first and second connection portions are connectable, the first connection portion includes threads about an exterior of the guide pin, and the second connection portion comprises a threaded bushing configured to be threadably engaged with the threads of the guide pin. 4. The cartilage trimmer as recited in claim 3 , wherein: the cutter includes a socket, and the threaded bushing is received in the socket, the socket moveable relative to the threaded bushing to adjust an angle of the cutter relative to the guide pin.
