A mobile communication terminal, a method for transmitting/receiving data by a mobile communication terminal in a communication system, and a communication system comprising at least one mobile communication terminal are provided. The terminal includes a communication module for performing short-distance communication, a context engine for extracting a tag from contents data, and a controller for generating the contents data, generating profile information using the tag, and controlling the communication module to broadcast the profile data and the contents data.

What is claimed is: 1. A terminal comprising: a communication interface configured to perform short-distance communication with an external device; a memory; and a processor configured to: store a first tag in the memory, receive a second tag related to content from the external device through the short-distance communication, determine whether or not to receive the content related to the second tag from the external device, based on the second tag and the first tag, in response to a determination to receive the content related to the second tag, receive, through the communication interface, the content related to the second tag, and generate a first log for reception of the content related to the second tag and store the first log in the memory. 2. The terminal of claim 1 , wherein the processor is further configured to store the content related to the second tag in the memory. 3. The terminal of claim 1 , wherein the processor is further configured to: determine whether the first tag matches the second tag, and request the content related to the second tag to the external device if the first tag matches the second tag. 4. The terminal of claim 1 , wherein the processor is further configured to: if the content related to the second tag is removed in the memory, identify information on the content related to the second tag based on the first log. 5. The terminal of claim 1 , wherein the processor is further configured to: determine whether the first log matches a second log pre-stored in the memory, and store the first log in the memory if the first log matches the second log pre-stored in the memory. 6. The terminal of claim 1 , wherein the content related to the second tag includes an advertisement, a guidance, multimedia data, or a text message. 7. The terminal of claim 1 , wherein the second tag includes a character included in the content related to the second tag, or an image included in the content related to the second tag. 8. A method for transmitting/receiving data at a terminal, the method comprising: storing a first tag in a memory; receiving a second tag from the external device through the short-distance communication; determining whether or not to receive content related to the second tag from the external device, based on the second tag and the first tag; in response to a determination to receive the content related to the second tag, receiving the content related to the second tag; and generating a first log for reception of the content related to the second tag and storing the first log in the memory. 9. The method of claim 8 , further comprising: storing the content related to the second tag in the memory. 10. The method of claim 8 , wherein determining whether or not to receive the content related to the second tag comprises: determining whether the first tag matches the second tag; and requesting the content related to the second tag to the external device if the first tag matches the second tag. 11. The method of claim 8 , further comprising: if the content related to the second tag is removed in the memory, identifying information on the content related to the second tag based on the first log. 12. The method of claim 8 , further comprising: determining whether the first log matches a second log pre-stored in the memory; storing the first log in the memory if the first log matches the second log pre-stored in the memory. 13. The method of claim 8 , wherein the content related to the second tag includes an advertisement, a guidance, multimedia data, or a text message. 14. The method of claim 8 , wherein the second tag includes a character included in the content related to the second tag, or an image included in the content related to the second tag.
