What is claimed is: 1. A display apparatus, comprising: a touch screen display; and a control unit configured: in response to a user touch on the touch screen display while a content is reproduced in the display apparatus, to control the touch screen display to display a progress bar corresponding to the content to provide playback position information of the content which is currently being reproduced, using a position indicator of the progress bar; to change a playback part of the content which is currently reproduced in the display apparatus in response to a user touch-drag of touching the position indicator and dragging the position indicator along the progress bar; and to display an enlarged progress bar instead of the progress bar in response to a long user touch for more than a predetermined time at a location of the touch screen display where the position indicator of the progress bar is displayed, and to change a playback part of the content which is currently reproduced in the display apparatus in response to a user touch-drag, following the long user touch, of the position indicator along the enlarged progress bar, wherein the progress bar corresponds to an entire length of the content and the enlarged progress bar corresponds to a part of the entire length of the content, wherein when the progress bar is replaced by the enlarged progress bar, a position of the position indicator does not change, and wherein the enlarged progress bar is displayed in response to the long user touch without requiring a further user input following the long user touch. 2. The display apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the enlarged progress bar corresponding to the part of the content has a finer resolution than the progress bar corresponding to the entire length of the content. 3. The display apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the control unit is configured to cause a respective section of the progress bar to be highlighted before changing to the enlarged progress bar, in response to the long user touch. 4. The display apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the control unit further causes audio information and/or video information to be output to notify that the long user touch has been received when changing to the enlarged progress bar. 5. The display apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the control unit further controls the touch screen display to display the enlarged progress bar together with the content that has been displayed with the progress bar prior to reception of the long user touch when changing to the enlarged progress bar. 6. The display apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the control unit further controls the touch screen display to display the enlarged progress bar with a changed visual appearance compared with the progress bar. 7. A method of displaying a progress bar on a touch screen display of a display apparatus providing a touch interface, the method comprising: in response to a user touch on the touch screen display while a content is reproduced in the display apparatus, displaying, on the touch screen display, a progress bar corresponding to the content to provide playback position information of the content which is currently being reproduced, using a position indicator of the progress bar; changing a playback part of the content which is currently reproduced in the display apparatus in response to a user touch-drag of touching the position indicator and dragging the position indicator along the progress bar; displaying an enlarged progress bar instead of the progress bar in response to a long user touch for more than a predetermined time at a location of the touch screen display where the position indicator of the progress bar is displayed; and changing a playback part of the content which is currently reproduced in the display apparatus in response to a user touch-drag, following the long user touch, of the position indicator along the enlarged progress bar; wherein the progress bar corresponds to an entire length of the content and the enlarged progress bar corresponds to a part of the entire length of the content, wherein when the progress bar is replaced by the enlarged progress bar, a position of the position indicator does not change, and wherein the enlarged progress bar is displayed in response to the long user touch without requiring a further user input following the long user touch. 8. The method of claim 7 , wherein the enlarged progress bar corresponding to a section of the content has a finer resolution than the progress bar corresponding to the entire length of the content. 9. The method of claim 7 , further comprising highlighting a respective section of the progress bar before changing to the enlarged progress bar, in response to the long user touch. 10. The method of claim 7 , further comprising outputting audio information and/or video information to notify that the long user touch has been received when changing to the enlarged progress bar. 11. The method of claim 7 , further comprising displaying the enlarged progress bar together with a same content that had been displayed with the progress bar prior to reception of the long user touch after changing to the enlarged progress bar. 12. The method of claim 7 , further comprising displaying the enlarged progress bar with a changed visual appearance compared with the progress bar. 13. The display apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the progress bar includes a first image and the enlarged progress bar includes a second image. 14. The method of claim 7 , wherein the progress bar includes a first image and the enlarged progress bar includes a second image.
