What is claimed is: 1. A flexible display panel comprising: a flexible substrate having a first region, a second region around the first region, and a third region continuously extended from the second region, the first region having a curved display surface facing a first direction, the third region folded towards an inside of the first region; a display region on a first side of the flexible substrate corresponding to the first region of the flexible substrate; a plurality of flexible non-display regions on the first side of the flexible substrate and located outside the display region, a portion of the plurality of flexible non-display regions corresponding to the second region of the flexible substrate and being folded and maintained at an angle relative to the curved display surface in a direction away from the first direction, another portion of the plurality of flexible non-display regions corresponding to the third region of the flexible substrate; a pad unit in the third region of the flexible substrate and facing a direction opposite the display region, the pad unit being coupled with an external connector, the display region overlapping the pad unit and the external connector in the first direction; an encapsulation member for encapsulating the display region along the curved display surface and at least one of the flexible non-display regions; and a barrier layer located between the flexible substrate and the display region, and the barrier layer being located between the flexible substrate and the at least one of the flexible non-display regions. 2. The flexible display panel of claim 1 , wherein the first region has a constant curvature radius. 3. The flexible display panel of claim 1 , further comprising a border region having a curvature radius and located between the first and second regions. 4. The flexible display panel of claim 3 , wherein the curvature radius has a constant value. 5. The flexible display panel of claim 4 , wherein the curvature radius is between 0.01 mm and 10 mm. 6. The flexible display panel of claim 3 , wherein the border regio is convex. 7. The flexible display panel of claim 3 , wherein the first region extends in the border region. 8. The flexible display panel of claim 3 , wherein the second region extends in the border region. 9. The flexible display panel of claim 3 , wherein the first region and the second region extend in the border region. 10. The flexible display panel of claim 1 , further comprising a support unit for maintaining a shape of the flexible display panel. 11. The flexible display panel of claim 1 , wherein the encapsulation member is a flexible encapsulation thin layer. 12. The flexible display panel of claim 1 , further comprising a touch panel located on at least one side of the flexible substrate and the encapsulation member, an image of the display region being displayed through the touch panel. 13. The flexible display panel of claim 12 , wherein the touch panel comprises a flexible film that is foldable to correspond to a shape of the flexible display panel. 14. The flexible display panel of claim 13 , wherein the torch panel comprises: a touch region located on the flexible film and corresponding to the display region; and a wiring region located outside the touch region. 15. A flexible display panel comprising: a flexible substrate comprising a concave curved surface; a display region on a first side of the flexible substrate and having a concave curved surface facing a first direction and corresponding to the concave curved surface of the flexible substrate; a first flexible non-display region on the first side of a portion of the flexible substrate and located outside the display region, the first flexible non-display region and the portion of the flexible substrate being folded and maintained at an angle relative to the concave curved surface of the flexible substrate in a direction away from the first direction; a second flexible non-display region on the first side of a portion of the flexible substrate and continuously extended from the first flexible non-display region, the second flexible non-display region folded towards an inside of the display region; a pad unit in the second flexible non-display region on the first side of the flexible substrate, the pad unit being coupled with an external connector, the display region overlapping the pad unit and the external connector in the first direction; an encapsulation member for encapsulating the display region along the concave curved surface of the display region and at least one of the first and second flexible non-display regions; and a barrier layer located between the flexible substrate and the display region, and the barrier layer being located between the flexible substrate and at least one of the first and second flexible non-display regions, wherein an area ratio of an area of the first and second flexible non-display regions to an area of the display region visible from a front of the display region when the first and second flexible non-display regions are folded is smaller than the area ratio visible from the front of the display region when the first and second flexible non-display regions are not folded. 16. The flexible display panel of claim 15 , wherein the display region has a constant curvature radius. 17. The flexible display panel of claim 15 , wherein a curved surface having a curvature radius is located between the display region and the first flexible non-display region. 18. The flexible display panel of claim 17 , wherein the curved surface is convex. 19. The flexible display panel of claim 15 , wherein the display region comprises an organic light-emitting device. 20. A display apparatus comprising: a flexible display panel comprising: a flexible substrate comprising a concave curved surface; a display region on a first side of the flexible substrate and having a concave curved surface facing a first direction and corresponding to the concave curved surface of the flexible substrate; a first flexible non-display region on the first side of a portion of the flexible substrate and located outside the display region, the first flexible non-display region and the portion of the flexible substrate being folded and maintained at an angle relative to the concave curved surface of the flexible substrate in a direction away from the first direction; a second flexible non-display region on the first side of a portion of the flexible substrate and continuously extended from the first flexible non-display region, the second flexible non-display region folded towards an inside of the display region; a pad unit in the second flexible non-display region on the first side of the flexible substrate, the pad unit being coupled with an external connector, the display region overlapping the pad unit and the external connector in the first direction; an encapsulation member for encapsulating the display region along the concave curved surface of the display region and at least one of the first and second flexible non-display regions; and a barrier layer located between the flexible substrate and the display region, and the barrier layer being between the flexible substrate and at least one of the first and second flexible non-display regions, wherein an area ratio of an area of the first and second flexible non-display regions to an area of the display region visible from a front of the display region when the first and second flexible non-display regions are fold
