A repositionable merchandising display strip is provided. The display comprises a thin, flat body and a layer of adhesive on the front and back surfaces of the body. The front removable adhesive layer releasably holds products and the back removable adhesive layer is formulated so that the display can be removably adhered to a surface such as glass, wood, metal or other materials commonly found in retail stores. The display may further comprise a peel-away front layer releasably attached to the front removable adhesive layer and a peel-away back layer releasably attached to the back removable adhesive layer.

The invention claimed is: 1. A repositionable merchandising strip for displaying products, the strip comprising: a thin body having a front surface and a back surface; a layer of back adhesive covering some or all of the back surface; a back carrier adhered to the layer of back adhesive; a layer of back removable adhesive disposed on some or all of the back carrier, the layer of back removable adhesive allowing the strip to be removably adhered to a surface and repositioned to the same or a different surface; a peel-away back layer releasably attached to the back removable adhesive layer; and attachment means extending outwardly from the body front surface and configured to hold the products. 2. The repositionable merchandising strip of claim 1 wherein the attachment means comprises hooks. 3. The repositionable merchandising strip of claim 2 wherein the hooks are an integral part of the body. 4. The repositionable merchandising strip of claim 3 wherein portions of the front surface are covered with a front adhesive and a part of each hook is removably adhered to the front adhesive. 5. The repositionable merchandising strip of claim 4 wherein the front adhesive is a pressure sensitive adhesive. 6. The repositionable merchandising strip of claim 5 wherein the back adhesive is a permanent adhesive. 7. The repositionable merchandising strip of claim 6 wherein the back carrier is made of vinyl. 8. The repositionable merchandising strip of claim 7 wherein the back removable adhesive is a micro bead adhesive. 9. The repositionable merchandising strip of claim 8 wherein the micro bead adhesive is acrylic based. 10. The repositionable merchandising strip of claim 9 wherein the body is flexible. 11. A repositionable merchandising strip for displaying products, the strip comprising: a body having a front surface and a back surface; a layer of back adhesive covering some or all of the back surface; a back carrier adhered to the layer of back adhesive; a layer of back removable adhesive disposed on some or all of the back carrier, the layer of back removable adhesive allowing the strip to be removably adhered to a surface and repositioned to the same or a different surface; a peel-away back layer releasably attached to the back removable adhesive layer; and hooks extending outwardly from the body front surface, the hooks being integrally formed with the body. 12. The repositionable merchandising strip of claim 11 wherein portions of the front surface are covered with a front adhesive and a part of each hook is removably adhered to the front adhesive. 13. The repositionable merchandising strip of claim 12 wherein the front adhesive is a pressure sensitive adhesive. 14. The repositionable merchandising strip of claim 13 wherein the back adhesive is a permanent adhesive. 15. The repositionable merchandising strip of claim 14 wherein the back carrier is made of vinyl. 16. The repositionable merchandising strip of claim 15 wherein the back removable adhesive is an acrylic based micro bead adhesive. 17. The repositionable merchandising strip of claim 16 wherein the body is flexible. 18. A repositionable merchandising strip comprising: a flexible body having a front surface and a back surface; a layer of back permanent adhesive covering some or all of the back surface; a back carrier adhered to the layer of back adhesive; a layer of back removable adhesive disposed on some or all of the back carrier, the layer of back removable adhesive allowing the strip to be removably adhered to a surface and repositioned to the same or a different surface; a peel-away back layer releasably attached to the back removable adhesive layer; and hooks extending outwardly from the body front surface, the hooks being integrally formed with the body; wherein the strip may be adhered to both flat and curved surfaces. 19. The repositionable merchandising strip of claim 18 wherein: the hooks are die cut from the body.
