What is claimed is: 1. A vehicle energy absorption structure comprising: an energy absorption member having a wall made of fiber reinforced resin, wherein: at least part of the wall extending in a load input direction of the energy absorption member is provided with a plurality of notch portions spaced from each other in the load input direction, the plurality of notch portions being arranged along the load input direction and formed on an inner surface of the wall having a closed-section structure such that a thickness of the wall at locations of the notch portions is different than the thickness of the wall at locations other than the notch portions as measured along a thickness direction that is perpendicular to the load input direction. 2. The vehicle energy absorption structure according to claim 1 , wherein: the energy absorption member is a crash box provided between a bumper reinforcement and a side member. 3. An energy absorption member comprising: a wall made of fiber reinforced resin and extending along a load input direction; and a plurality of notch portions provided in at least part of the wall and arranged along the load input direction, the plurality of notch portions being spaced from each other in the load input direction and formed on an inner surface of the wall having a closed-section structure such that a thickness of the wall at locations of the notch portions is different than the thickness of the wall at locations other than the notch portions as measured along a thickness direction that is perpendicular to the load input direction.
