The invention claimed is: 1. A printable medium comprising: a. a composite supporting substrate comprising: i. a first fabric layer; and ii. a second layer, containing fibers, laminated to the first layer, b. an image receiving layer coated on the second layer; c. and an external layer, coated over the image receiving layer, comprising, at least, two polymeric networks and polymeric particles. 2. The printable medium of claim 1 wherein the first fabric layer of the composite supporting substrate comprises natural fibers and synthetic fibers in a woven structure and wherein the amount of natural fibers is about 10% of a total fiber amount and the amount of synthetic fibers is about 90% of the total fiber amount. 3. The printable medium of claim 1 wherein the second layer contains a synthetic polymeric fiber as a first constituent material and a natural cellulose fiber as a second constituent material, the amount of synthetic polymeric fiber in the fiber composition is within a range of about 5% to about 80% by weight of total fibers. 4. The printable medium of claim 1 wherein the composite supporting base substrate further comprise an adhesive compound laminated between the first layer and the second layer. 5. The printable medium of claim 1 wherein the composite supporting base substrate comprises a tie layer applied over the second layer containing fibers. 6. The printable medium of claim 1 wherein the image receiving layer comprises pigment fillers, polymeric binders and latex film-forming agents. 7. The printable medium of claim 1 wherein the polymeric particles of the external layer are poly-alkene compounds. 8. The printable medium of claim 1 wherein the polymeric particles of the external layer are polytetrafluoroethylene, polyamide or polyethylene polymer particles. 9. The printable medium of claim 1 wherein one polymeric network of the external layer comprises a self-cross linked polyurethane polymer. 10. The printable medium of claim 1 wherein one polymeric network of the external layer comprises vinyl-urethane hybrid copolymer or acrylic-urethane hybrid polymer. 11. The printable medium of claim 1 wherein one polymeric network of the external layer comprises cross-linkable polyglycidyl or polyoxirane resins. 12. The printable medium of claim 1 wherein one polymeric network of the external layer comprises water-based epoxy resin and water-based polyamine. 13. The printable medium of claim 1 wherein the external layer comprises a first polymeric network that comprises a self-cross linked polyurethane polymer, and a second polymeric network that is created by using cross-linkable polyglycidyl or polyoxirane resins. 14. The printable medium of claim 1 wherein, in the external layer, the ratio of the first polymeric network to the second polymeric network ranges from 1:0.05 to 1:1. 15. A method for forming a printable medium comprising: a. providing a first fabric layer and a second layer containing fibers; b. laminating said first layer and said second layer together to form a composite supporting base substrate; c. coating an image receiving layer onto the second layer containing fibers; d. and coating an external layer comprising, at least, two polymeric networks and polymeric particles, onto the image receiving layer.
