A method for providing a customized skin care product to a customer and skin care kit are disclosed. The method includes obtaining information from a customer regarding current skin conditions, analyzing the information to identify a plurality of target skin conditions in response to the current skin conditions, correlating booster compositions to the target skin conditions, the booster compositions including active ingredients corresponding to the target skin conditions, and assembling a skin care kit, the skin care kit including a base oil composition and a plurality of booster compositions having actives corresponding to the target skin conditions. The base oil composition and plurality of boosters are mixable to obtain a treatment composition at any point in time prior to application to skin.

What is claimed is: 1. A skin care kit comprising: a) base oil composition comprising a botanical oil, at least 20 weight percent squalane, and one or more ingredients selected from the group consisting of emollients, and antioxidants; and b) at least one booster composition comprising a botanical oil, at least 20 weight percent squalane, and at least one active corresponding to a target skin condition; wherein the base oil composition and at least one booster composition are separately packaged. 2. The skin care kit of claim 1 , wherein the kit comprises two or more booster compositions, each corresponding to dissimilar target skin condition. 3. The skin care kit of claim 2 , wherein at least one active ingredient corresponding to skin brightness comprises ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate and phenylethyl resorcinol; and wherein at least one active ingredient corresponding to skin wrinkles comprises retinol, and retinyl palmitate; and wherein at least one active ingredient corresponding to visibility of pores comprises ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate, and salicylic acid; and wherein at least one active ingredient corresponding to skin texture comprises glyceryl linoleate (and) glyceryl oleate (and) glyceryl linolenate; and wherein at least one active ingredient corresponding to skin redness comprises helianthus annuus (sunflower) seed oil unsaponifiables. 4. The skin care kit of claim 1 , wherein the target skin condition is selected from the group consisting of skin brightness, skin wrinkles, visibility of pores, skin texture, and skin redness, and wherein at least one active ingredient corresponding to skin brightness is selected from the group consisting of ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate, phenylethyl resorcinol, arbutin, eperua falcata bark extract, ceramides, punica granatum fruit extract, citrus aurantium dulcis (orange) peel essential oil, rapeseed oil, cassia alata leaf extract, purple rice extract and combinations thereof, and is present by weight, based on the weight of the booster composition, in an amount from 1% to 38%; and wherein at least one active ingredient corresponding to skin wrinkles is selected from the group consisting of retinol, retinyl palmitate, punica granatum fruit extract, pelargonium graveolens flower oil, melissa officinalis leaf oil, zingiber officinale (ginger) root oil, theobroma cacao (cocoa) extract, purple rice extract, phytosphingosine, cinnamic acid, and combinations thereof, and is present by weight, based on the weight of the booster composition, in an amount from 0.5% to 3%; and wherein at least one active ingredient corresponding to visibility of pores is selected from the group consisting of ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate, salicylic acid, crithimum maritimum extract, totarol, ulkenia amoeboidea oil, and combinations thereof, and is present by weight, based on the weight of the booster composition, in an amount from 0.5% to 40%; and wherein at least one active ingredient corresponding to skin texture is selected from the group consisting of glyceryl linoleate (and) glyceryl oleate (and) glyceryl linolenate, punica granatum fruit extract, shea butter, rice bran oil, safflower oil, phospholipids, panax ginseng root extract, and combinations thereof, and is present by weight, based on the weight of the booster composition, in an amount from 7.5% to 20%; and wherein at least one active ingredient corresponding to skin redness is selected from the group consisting of helianthus annuus (sunflower) seed oil unsaponifiables, melissa officinalis leaf oil, zingiber officinale (ginger) root oil, anthemis nobilis flower oil, and combinations thereof, and is present by weight, based on the weight of the booster composition, in an amount from 7.5% to 20%. 5. The skin care kit of claim 1 , wherein the base oil composition comprises one or more of ingredients selected from the group consisting of hexyldecanol, and tocopherol, octyldodecanol, dicaprylyl ether, zea mays (corn) oil, passiflora edulis seed oil, oryza sativa (rice) bran oil and combinations thereof. 6. The skin care kit of claim 1 , wherein the booster composition comprises one or more ingredients selected from the group consisting of emollients, antioxidants, squalane, botanical oil, essential oil, Vitamin E, capryloyl salicylic acid, and combinations thereof. 7. The skin care kit of claim 1 , wherein each of the base oil and booster compositions are anhydrous. 8. The skin care kit of claim 1 , wherein each of the base oil and the booster compositions are provided in separate packaging, and wherein the packaging provides amounts of each of the compositions in a ratio base oil composition to booster composition of 5:1. 9. The skin care kit of claim 1 , wherein at least a portion of the base oil composition and at least a portion of the at least one booster composition are mixed to obtain a treatment composition; and wherein each of squalane and botanical oil is present in the treatment composition; and, wherein squalane is present in an amount that is at least 20%, by weight, based on the weight of the treatment composition. 10. The skin care kit of claim 1 , wherein the base oil composition and the at least one booster composition are essentially anhydrous. 11. A skin care kit comprising: a) a base oil composition comprising one or more ingredients selected from the group consisting of emollients, antioxidants, squalane, and botanical oil; and b) at least one booster composition comprising at least one active corresponding to a target skin condition; wherein the base oil composition and at least one booster composition are separately packaged and are mixable to obtain a treatment composition at any point in time prior to application to skin; and, wherein each of the squalane and botanical oil is present in the treatment composition in an amount that is at least 20%, by weight, based on the weight of the treatment composition; and wherein the treatment composition is essentially anhydrous.
