What is claimed is: 1. A compound of formulae II: wherein: X is N, Y is CH and Z is N; X is N, Y is CH and Z is CH; X is N, Y is N and Z is CH; X is CH, Y is CH and Z is CH; R 2 is H or methyl; and R 3 is ethyl that is optionally substituted with one or more groups independently selected from F, Cl, and Br; wherein the ring containing X, Y, and Z is optionally substituted on carbon with one or more groups independently selected from halo; or a salt thereof provided the compound is not: 2. The compound of claim 1 which is a compound of formulae IIa, IIb, or IIc: wherein: R 2 is H or methyl; and R 3 is ethyl that is optionally substituted with one or more groups independently selected from F, Cl, and Br; or a salt thereof. 3. The compound of claim 1 which is a compound of formulae IIa or IIc: wherein: R 2 is H or methyl; and R 3 is ethyl that is optionally substituted with one or more groups independently selected from F, Cl, and Br; or a salt thereof. 4.
