What is claimed is: 1. A nucleic acid molecule comprising SEQ ID NO:17. 2. A cotton seed comprising in its genome event pDAB4468.18.07.1, wherein the event comprises the polynucleotide of SEQ ID NO:17. 3. A method of breeding a cotton plant comprising: crossing the cotton plant of claim 2 with a second cotton plant to produce a third cotton plant; and assaying the third cotton plant for the presence of one or more polynucleotides selected from the group consisting of nucleotides 2867-2906 of SEQ ID NO:1; nucleotides 2837-2936 of SEQ ID NO:1; nucleotides 2787-2986 of SEQ ID NO:1; nucleotides 2737-3036 of SEQ ID NO:1; nucleotides 128-167 of SEQ ID NO:2; nucleotides 98-197 of SEQ ID NO:2; nucleotides 48-247 of SEQ ID NO:2; nucleotides 1-297 of SEQ ID NO:2, and complete complements thereof. 4. The cotton seed of claim 2 , the cotton seed comprising in its genome event pDAB4468.18.07.1, wherein a cotton seed representative of the seed comprising the event in its genome has been deposited with the American Type Culture Collection under Accession No. PTA-12456. 5. A cotton plant comprising in its genome event pDAB4468.18.07.1, wherein the event comprises the polynucleotide of SEQ ID NO:17. 6. A part of the cotton plant of claim 5 , wherein the part is selected from the group consisting of pollen, ovule, flowers, bolls, shoots, roots, and leaves, wherein the part comprises the polynucleotide of SEQ ID NO:17. 7. A cotton meal or cotton oil produced from the cotton plant of claim 5 , wherein the cotton meal or cotton oil comprises the polynucleotide of SEQ ID NO:17. 8. The cotton plant of claim 5 , wherein the plant comprises in its genome event pDAB4468.18.07.1, representative seed of the plant having been deposited with the American Type Culture Collection under Accession No. PTA-12456. 9. A method of controlling weeds in a cotton crop comprising a plurality of the cotton plants of claim 5 , the method comprising applying phenoxyacetic acid herbicide to the cotton crop. 10. The method of claim 9 , wherein the phenoxyacetic acid herbicide is 2,4-D. 11. The method of claim 9 , wherein the phenoxyacetic acid herbicide is MCPA. 12. A method of controlling weeds in a cotton crop comprising a plurality of the cotton plants of claim 5 , the method comprising applying pyridyloxyacetic acid herbicide to the cotton crop. 13. The method of claim 12 , wherein the pyridyloxyacetic acid herbicide is triclopyr. 14. The method of claim 12 , wherein the pyridyloxyacetic acid herbicide is fluroxypyr. 15. A method of controlling weeds in a cotton crop comprising a plurality of the cotton plants of claim 5 , the method comprising applying glufosinate herbicide to the cotton crop. 16. A part of the cotton plant of claim 8 , wherein the part is selected from the group consisting of pollen, ovule, flowers, bolls, shoots, roots, and leaves, wherein the part comprises the polynucleotide of SEQ ID NO:17. 17. A cotton meal or cotton oil produced from the cotton plant of claim 8 , wherein the cotton meal or cotton oil comprises the polynucleotide of SEQ ID NO:17.
