What is claimed is: 1. A display panel, comprising a first substrate and a second substrate opposite to each other, wherein a sealant is arranged on an inner surface of the second substrate, and a first spacer is arranged on the sealant between the sealant and an inner surface of the first substrate. 2. The display panel according to claim 1 , wherein a plurality of first spacers are arranged on the inner surface of the first substrate. 3. The display panel according to claim 2 , wherein the plurality of first spacers are arranged on the sealant at a predetermined interval. 4. The display panel according to claim 1 , wherein the first spacer is arranged on the inner surface of the first substrate, the first substrate is a color filter substrate, and the first spacer is arranged on the inner surface of the color filter substrate at an identical layer to a second spacer. 5. The display panel according to claim 4 , wherein a thickness of the second spacer in a direction perpendicular from the inner surface of the first substrate is equal to a sum of a thickness of the sealant in the direction perpendicular from the inner surface of the first substrate and a thickness of the first spacer in the direction perpendicular from the inner surface of the first substrate. 6. The display panel according to claim 4 , wherein the first spacer and the second spacer are made of an identical material. 7. The display panel according to claim 1 , wherein the first spacer is arranged on the inner surface of the first substrate, the first substrate is an array substrate, and the first spacer is arranged on the inner surface of the array substrate at an identical layer to a third spacer. 8. The display panel according to claim 7 , wherein a thickness of the third spacer in a direction perpendicular from the inner surface of the first substrate is equal to a sum of a thickness of the sealant in the direction perpendicular from the inner surface of the first substrate and a thickness of the first spacer in the direction perpendicular from the inner surface of the first substrate. 9. The display panel according to claim 7 , wherein the first spacer and the third spacer are made of an identical material. 10. The display panel according to claim 1 , wherein the first spacer is made of resin or metal. 11. The display panel according to claim 1 , wherein the first spacer is of a solid or hollowed-out structure. 12. A display device, comprising the display panel according to claim 1 . 13. The display panel according to claim 5 , wherein the first spacer and the second spacer are made of an identical material. 14. The display panel according to claim 8 , wherein the first spacer and the third spacer are made of an identical material. 15.
