What is claimed is: 1. A drying device comprising: a drying section to dry a recording medium; a cooling section to cool the recording medium conveyed from the drying section; a duct to guide air inside the drying section and air inside the cooling section, to a port communicated with an outside of the drying device; and a first inflow portion through which the air in the drying section flows into the duct; and a second inflow portion through which the air in the cooling sections flows into the duct, wherein, in the duct, the second inflow portion is disposed at a position closer to the port than the first inflow portion. 2. The drying device according to claim 1 , wherein the duct forms a serpentine path. 3. The drying device according to claim 2 , wherein the duct includes partition plates that form the serpentine path. 4. The drying device according to claim 3 , wherein the duct further comprises a collection section to collect a condensed liquid, and said collection section is disposed at a position lower, in a vertical direction inside the duct, than the partition plates included in the duct. 5. The drying device according to claim 2 , wherein the duct includes a tube that forms the serpentine path. 6. The drying device according to claim 5 , wherein the duct further comprises a collection portion to which condensed droplets collect in the duct, and said collection portion is disposed at a position lower, in a vertical direction inside the duct, than the tube. 7. The drying device according to claim 1 , further comprising a collection section disposed at a bottom of the duct to collect a condensed liquid. 8. The drying device according to claim 1 , wherein the duct is made of stainless steel. 9. An inkjet printer system comprising: an inkjet printer to form an image on a recording medium; and the drying device according to claim 1 to dry the recording medium.
