The invention claimed is: 1. A cradle clamp bracket secured to a ladder rack for securing at least one cable to the ladder rack, the cradle clamp bracket and ladder rack assembly comprising: a ladder rung; a bracket having a first portion, a middle portion, and a raised second portion parallel to the first portion, the first portion having a recessed area with a slot; a ladder rung nut received in the recessed area; a fastener extending through the slot of the recessed area into the ladder rung nut; and a compression spring engaging the fastener; the bracket is positioned under the ladder rung and the ladder rung nut is tightened to engage the ladder rung thereby securing the cradle clamp bracket to the ladder rack; and whereby the at least one cable is positioned on the ladder rung, the raised second portion of the bracket supports the at least one cable, and a tie secures the at least one cable to the raised second portion. 2. The cradle clamp bracket and ladder rack assembly of claim 1 , wherein the slot and the recessed area are positioned at a center of the first portion of the bracket. 3. The cradle clamp bracket and ladder rack assembly of claim 1 , wherein the compression spring maintains the fastener and the ladder rung nut upright for facilitating installation on the ladder rung. 4. The cradle clamp bracket and ladder rack assembly of claim 1 , wherein the recessed area receives the compression spring when fully compressed allowing the ladder rung nut to sit on flanges of the ladder rung. 5. The cradle clamp bracket and ladder rack assembly of claim 1 , wherein the ladder rung nut has curved outer surfaces, wherein the ladder rung nut rotates with the fastener until the curved surfaces of the ladder rung nut engage flanges of the ladder rung whereby as the fastener is tightened the ladder rung nut clamps onto the flanges of the ladder rung. 6. The cradle clamp bracket and ladder rack assembly of claim 1 , wherein the ladder rung nut includes a threaded hole extending through the ladder rung nut. 7. The cradle clamp bracket and ladder rack assembly of claim 1 , wherein the first portion of the bracket further comprising a first main slot extending a length of the first portion of the bracket and a second slot intersecting the first main slot and located at a distal end of the first main slot. 8. The cradle clamp bracket and ladder rack assembly of claim 7 , wherein the first main slot and the second slot form a T-shape in the first portion of the bracket. 9. The cradle clamp bracket and ladder rack assembly of claim 1 , wherein the raised second portion having at least one gusset for strengthening the bracket. 10. The cradle clamp bracket and ladder rack assembly of claim 1 , wherein the bracket further comprising a flange extending downwardly from the raised second portion.
