What is claimed is: 1. A soft magnetic metal powder, comprising iron as the main component and containing boron, wherein, the content of iron in the soft magnetic metal powder is 98 mass % or more, the content of boron inside the metal particles of the soft magnetic metal powder is 10 to 150 ppm, and the metal particles comprise a film of boron nitride on surfaces of the metal particles. 2. The soft magnetic metal powder of claim 1 , wherein, among the metal particles constituting the soft magnetic metal powder, the roundness of the cross-section is 0.80 or more in 90% or more of the metal particles. 3. The soft magnetic metal powder of claim 1 , wherein, 90% or more of the metal particles constituting the soft magnetic metal powder consist of one single grain. 4. The soft magnetic metal powder of claim 1 , wherein, the content of oxygen contained in the soft magnetic metal powder is 500 ppm or less. 5. A soft magnetic metal powder core comprising the soft magnetic metal powder of claim 1 . 6. A soft magnetic metal powder core comprising the soft magnetic metal powder of claim 1 , wherein, the content of boron nitride in the soft magnetic metal powder core is 50 to 4850 ppm.
