What is claimed is: 1. A nucleic acid construct comprising one or more heterologous regulatory sequences that drives expression of a nucleic acid sequence encoding an insecticidal protein in which said nucleic acid sequence is chosen from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO:1, SEQ ID NO:3, SEQ ID NO:4, SEQ ID NO:5, SEQ ID NO:6, SEQ ID NO:8, SEQ ID NO:9, SEQ ID NO:10, and SEQ ID NO:12. 2. A plant, seed, or plant part comprising, each the nucleic acid construct of claim 1 .
