The invention claimed is: 1. A delivery device for delivering predetermined amounts of fluid, comprising: a body; a container filled with fluid to be delivered, wherein the container is arranged inside the body and comprises an opening for expelling the fluid and a wall movable inside the container; a threaded, unitary plunger rod movably arranged within a threaded central passage inside the body in a longitudinal direction and a front end of the threaded, unitary plunger rod in contact with the movable wall; a manually operated push mechanism movable in the longitudinal direction and arranged to, upon operation, move the plunger rod toward the movable wall, thereby expelling fluid; and a movement transformer arrangement configured to transform a generally linear movement of the push mechanism into an axial and rotational movement of the plunger rod, wherein the movement transformer comprises a first set of surfaces arranged to the manually operated push mechanism inclined with respect to the longitudinal direction and co-acting with a second set of inclined surfaces arranged on a rotatable drive mechanism rotatably locked to the plunger rod. 2. The delivery device of claim 1 , wherein the drive mechanism is arranged with a ratchet interface that co-operates with a fixed ratchet interface arranged on the body, thereby preventing a return movement of the drive mechanism. 3. The delivery device of claim 1 , wherein the second set of inclined surfaces is arranged around a circumference of the drive mechanism having a predetermined number of degrees to each other corresponding to a predetermined amount of fluid to be delivered. 4. The delivery device of claim 3 , wherein the drive mechanism is arranged with a ratchet interface that co-operates with a fixed ratchet mechanism. 5. The delivery device of claim 1 , further comprising a return mechanism arranged to return the push mechanism to its original position after completed manual operation. 6. The delivery device of claim 5 , wherein the return mechanism comprises a resilient device and ramp surfaces configured to slightly turn the push mechanism to assume a position where the inclined surfaces are again in a co-acting position. 7. The delivery device of claim 1 , further comprising an unlocking mechanism arranged to unlock the push mechanism between a position where the push mechanism is locked from being manually operated in the longitudinal direction to a position enabling operation. 8. The delivery device of claim 1 , wherein a dose delivery mechanism is attached to the opening of the container. 9. The delivery device of claim 8 , wherein the dose delivery mechanism includes an injection needle, an aerosol nozzle, a nebulizing nozzle, or an end piece. 10. The delivery device of claim 9 , wherein the end piece further comprises a closing valve arranged to open above a certain pressure inside the container and to close below the certain pressure. 11. The delivery device of claim 10 , wherein the closing valve further comprises a resilient device arranged to urge the closing valve to close. 12. The delivery device of claim 1 , wherein the body and threaded plunger rod are threadedly engaged such that movement of the push mechanism in the longitudinal direction rotates the threaded plunger rod and moves the threaded plunger rod in the longitudinal direction. 13. The delivery device of claim 1 , further comprising a resilient member arranged between the drive mechanism and the push mechanism. 14. The delivery device of claim 1 , wherein the threaded, unitary plunger rod is in direct contact with the movable wall.
