The present invention provides a compound of a formula (I): or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; a process for preparing such a compound; and to the use of such a compound in the treatment of an ENaC mediated disease state (such as asthma, CF or COPD).

The invention claimed is: 1. A compound which is: 3,5-diamino-6-chloro-N—((R)-3-((4-((2-(hexyl((2S,3R,4R)-2,3,4,5-tetrahydroxypentyl)amino)ethyl)carbamoyl)benzyl)amino)-2-(2-methylbenzyl)propyl)pyrazine-2-carboxamide: or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 2. A pharmaceutical composition, wherein the composition comprises the compound according to claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable adjuvant, diluent or carrier. 3. A compound which is: 3,5-diamino-6-chloro-N—((R)-3-((4-((2-(hexyl((2S,3R,4R)-2,3,4,5-tetrahydroxypentyl)amino)ethyl)carbamoyl)benzyl)amino)-2-(2-methylbenzyl)propyl)pyrazine-2-carboxamide: 4. A pharmaceutical composition, wherein the composition comprises the compound according to claim 3 , and a pharmaceutically acceptable adjuvant, diluent or carrier.
