Apparatus is provided, including an intracardiac annuloplasty structure. A first adjustment member has an end at a first location at first portions of the annuloplasty structure that are opposite each other. A second adjustment member has an end at a second location at the second portions of the annuloplasty structure that are opposite each other. The annuloplasty structure, the first-adjustment-member end, and the second-adjustment-member end are disposed within a catheter during delivery. After delivery, the first-adjustment-member end is moveable with respect to the annuloplasty structure toward and away from a plane of the annuloplasty structure to adjust a relative disposition of the first portions, and the second-adjustment-member end is moveable independently of the first-adjustment-member end and with respect to the annuloplasty structure toward and away from the plane to adjust a relative disposition of the second portions. Other embodiments are also described.

The invention claimed is: 1. Apparatus, comprising: a catheter; an intracardiac annuloplasty structure having respective first portions that are disposed opposite each other and respective second portions that are disposed opposite each other, the annuloplasty structure deployable to define a plane of the annuloplasty structure for placement on an annulus of a heart valve; a first adjustment member having a first-adjustment-member end at a first location of the annuloplasty structure at which the first portions of the annuloplasty structure are disposed; and a second adjustment member having a second-adjustment-member end at a second location of the annuloplasty structure at which the second portions of the annuloplasty structure are disposed; wherein: the annuloplasty structure has a delivery state and a deployed state; in the delivery state, during delivery of the annuloplasty structure through the catheter, the annuloplasty structure, the first-adjustment-member end, and the second-adjustment-member end are disposed within the catheter; in the deployed state, following the delivery, the first-adjustment-member end of the first adjustment member is moveable with respect to the annuloplasty structure toward and away from the plane to adjust a relative disposition of the first portions of the annuloplasty structure, and the second-adjustment-member end of the second adjustment member is moveable independently of the first-adjustment-member end and with respect to the annuloplasty structure toward and away from the plane to adjust a relative disposition of the second portions of the annuloplasty structure. 2. The apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the first and second adjustment members comprise respective first and second adjustment wires. 3. The apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the annuloplasty structure comprises a contracting wire configured to control a structural configuration of the annuloplasty structure. 4. The apparatus according to claim 1 , further comprising a ratchet coupled to the annuloplasty structure, wherein the ratchet maintains a perimeter of the annuloplasty structure following contracting of the annuloplasty structure. 5. The apparatus according to claim 1 , further comprising a rotatable ring coupled to the annuloplasty structure, such that rotation of the rotatable ring contracts the annuloplasty structure. 6. The apparatus according to claim 5 , further comprising a lock ring arranged to lock the rotatable ring. 7. The apparatus according to claim 1 , further comprising first and second rotatable rings coupled to the annuloplasty structure, arranged such that (a) the first rotatable ring may be rotated to contract the annuloplasty structure while the second rotatable ring remains stationary, and (b) the second rotatable ring may be rotated to contract the annuloplasty structure while the first rotatable ring remains stationary. 8. The apparatus according to claim 1 , further comprising one or more longitudinal members reversibly coupled to the annuloplasty structure at respective locations of the annuloplasty structure, wherein the one or more longitudinal members are arranged such that the one or more longitudinal members are moveable to adjust a configuration of respective parts of the annuloplasty structure at the respective locations of the annuloplasty structure. 9. The apparatus according to claim 8 , wherein the one or more longitudinal members comprise at least first and second longitudinal members coupled to the annuloplasty structure at respective first and second locations of the annuloplasty structure, wherein movement of the first one of the longitudinal members moves a first part of the annuloplasty structure at the first location with respect to a second part of the annuloplasty structure at the second location. 10. The apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the annuloplasty structure comprises a plurality of anchor mounts configured to facilitate anchoring of the annuloplasty structure to tissue of a patient, and wherein the annuloplasty structure comprises at least one anchor-restricting element configured to restrict motion of a portion of a tissue anchor beyond the anchor-restricting element. 11. The apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the annuloplasty structure comprises a plurality of anchor mounts configured to facilitate anchoring of the annuloplasty structure to tissue of a patient, the plurality of anchor mounts each defining (a) at least one opening for passage therethrough of a respective one of a plurality of tissue anchors, and (b) a path for passage therethrough of the respective one of the plurality of tissue anchors, the path being aligned along an axis that is at a non-zero angle with respect to the plane of the annuloplasty structure. 12. The apparatus according to claim 11 , further comprising the plurality of tissue anchors, each respective one of the plurality of tissue anchors configured for passage through a respective one of the plurality of anchor mounts. 13. The apparatus according to claim 12 , wherein the plurality of tissue anchors comprises a plurality of helical tissue anchors, each respective one of the plurality of helical tissue anchors being configured for passage through a respective one of the plurality of anchor mounts. 14. The apparatus according to claim 13 , wherein the at least one opening of each anchor mount defines first and second openings, and wherein each respective one of the plurality of helical tissue anchors is moveable through the first and second openings of each anchor mount.
