What is claimed is: 1. A hard surface cleaning composition comprising: a) from about 1% to about 60% by weight of the composition of a surfactant system; and b) from about 0.1% to about 10% by weight of the composition of a cleaning amine of formula: wherein: R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , and R 5 are independently selected from linear, branched or cyclic alkyl or alkenyl having from 1 to about 10 carbon atoms and n=2-3. 2. A composition according to claim 1 wherein R1 and R2 are both a lower alkyl independently selected from an alkyl comprising from 1 to 2 carbon atoms. 3. A composition according to claim 1 wherein R1 and R2 are both a higher alkyl independently selected from an alkyl comprising from 4 to about 10 carbon atoms. 4. A composition according to claim 1 wherein R1 and R2 are a middle alkyl comprising 3 carbon atoms. 5. A composition according to claim 1 wherein the amine is a mixture of amines comprising an amine in which R1 and R2 are both a lower alkyl and an amine in which R1 and R2 are both a higher alkyl. 6. A composition according to claim 1 wherein R1 and R2 are the same. 7. A composition according to claim 1 wherein one of R1 and R2 is a lower alkyl and the other is a higher alkyl. 8. A composition according to claim 3 wherein R1 and R2 both have either about 3 or about 6 carbon atoms. 9. A composition according to claim 1 wherein the surfactant system comprises an anionic surfactant and a primary co-surfactant selected from the group consisting of amphoteric, zwitteronic and mixtures thereof. 10. A composition according to claim 1 wherein the anionic surfactant is selected from the group consisting of alkyl sulfate, alkyl alkoxy sulfate, alkyl benzene sulfonate, paraffin sulfonate and mixtures thereof. 11. A composition according to claim 1 wherein the anionic surfactant is a mixture of alkyl sulfate and alkyl alkoxy sulfate and wherein the alkyl alkoxy sulfate is an alkyl ethoxy sulfate. 12. A composition according to claim 1 wherein the composition further comprises a non-ionic surfactant. 13. A composition according to claim 1 wherein the composition further comprises a magnesium salt. 14. A composition according to claim 1 wherein the composition further comprises an aminocarboxylate chelant. 15. A method of manually washing dishware comprising the step of delivering a composition according to claim 1 directly onto the dishware or onto a cleaning implement and using the cleaning implement to clean the dishware. 16. A method according to claim 15 , wherein greasy soils are removed from said dishware. 17. A hard surface cleaning composition comprising: a) from about 1% to about 60% by weight of the composition of a surfactant system; and b) from about 0.1% to about 10% by weight of the composition of a cleaning amine of formula: wherein: the amine is a mixture of amines comprising an amine in which R 1 and R 2 are both a lower alkyl and an amine in which R 1 and R 2 are both a higher alkyl, R 3 , R 4 , and R 5 are independently selected from linear, branched or cyclic alkyl or alkenyl having from 1 to about 10 carbon atoms and n=2-3, and wherein the composition further comprises an aminocarboxylate chelant. 18. A hard surface cleaning composition comprising: a) from about 1% to about 60% by weight of the composition of a surfactant system; and b) from about 0.1% to about 10% by weight of the composition of a cleaning amine of formula: wherein: one of R 1 and R 2 is a lower alkyl and the other is a higher alkyl, R 3 , R 4 , and R 5 are independently selected from linear, branched or cyclic alkyl or alkenyl having from 1 to about 10 carbon atoms, and n=2-3, and wherein the composition further comprises an aminocarboxylate chelant.
