This document provides methods and systems for penile surgery. For example, methods and systems for implanting penile prostheses to treat ED are provided. The methods and systems provided herein can include scaffolding for penile stabilization, imaging techniques to facilitate accurate tunneling of the corpora cavernosa, corporal fibrotic tissue removal devices, and penile prostheses configured for over-the-wire installation.
