What is claimed is: 1. A compound having the formula: wherein; L 1 and L 2 are independently a bond or —NH—C(NH)—; R 1 is —NR 1A R 1B , wherein R 1A and R 1B are independently substituted or unsubstituted alkyl and are joined together to form a substituted or unsubstituted pyrrolidinyl, or an unsubstituted piperidinyl; R 2 is —NR 2A R 2B , wherein R 2A and R 2B are independently substituted or unsubstituted alkyl and are joined together to form a substituted or unsubstituted pyrrolidinyl; and R 3 is hydrogen or unsubstituted C 1 -C 5 alkyl. 2. The compound of claim 1 , wherein L 1 and L 2 are bonds and R 3 is hydrogen. 3. The compound of claim 2 , wherein R 1A and R 1B are joined together to form an unsubstituted piperidinyl. 4. The compound of claim 1 , wherein said compound has the formula: 5. The compound of claim 4 , wherein R 3 is hydrogen. 6. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient and a compound having formula: wherein; L 1 and L 2 are independently a bond or —NH—C(NH)—; R 1 is —NR 1A R 1B , wherein R 1A and R 1B are independently substituted or unsubstituted alkyl and are joined together to form a substituted or unsubstituted pyrrolidinyl, or an unsubstituted piperidinyl; R 2 is —NR 2A R 2B , wherein R 2A and R 2B are independently substituted or unsubstituted alkyl and are joined together to form a substituted or unsubstituted pyrrolidinyl; and R 3 is hydrogen or unsubstituted C 1 -C 5 alkyl. 7. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 4 , wherein said compound has the formula:
