The invention claimed is: 1. A system for drug delivery devices comprising: a plurality of cartridges comprising a plurality of bungs and a plurality of first mechanical coding features, each cartridge having a respective one of the plurality of bungs inside the cartridge, each bung having a respective one of the plurality of first mechanical coding features on a proximal end face of the respective bung, each first mechanical coding feature having a different configuration than the other ones of the plurality of first mechanical coding features, each first mechanical coding feature carrying information regarding at least one of: (i) the respective cartridge that includes the first mechanical coding feature, or (ii) the content of the respective cartridge that includes the first mechanical coding feature, and a plurality of drug delivery devices, each drug delivery device having a respective one of a plurality of second mechanical coding features, each second mechanical coding feature having a different configuration than the other ones of the plurality of second mechanical coding features, wherein each first mechanical coding feature matches with a respective one of the plurality of second mechanical coding features, wherein each cartridge is only mountable to a drug delivery device selected from among the plurality of drug delivery devices in case that the first mechanical coding feature of the cartridge matches the second mechanical coding of the selected drug delivery device, wherein each of the plurality of first mechanical coding features comprises a plurality of relief structures and each of the plurality of second mechanical coding features comprises a plurality of depressions, wherein each of the plurality of relief structures have an elongated shape with a length, wherein, for each first mechanical coding feature, the plurality of relief structures are arranged at a minimal distance from one another, and wherein each of the plurality of cartridges is identifiable and/or distinguishable by one or more of: (i) the number of relief structures, (ii) the minimal distance between the relief structures, or (iii) the length of the plurality of relief structures of the respective cartridge. 2. The system according to claim 1 , wherein each bung is adapted to identify a medicinal product, which is contained in the respective cartridge including the bung, within a batch of medicinal products contained in the plurality of cartridges by means of the first mechanical coding feature of the respective bung. 3. The system according to claim 1 , wherein a respective medicinal product among a plurality of medicinal products can be identified by means of a plurality of visible structures of each first mechanical coding feature. 4. The system according to claim 1 , wherein each bung comprises at least two different materials. 5. The system according to claim 1 , wherein each bung is moveable along a longitudinal axis of the cartridge including the respective bung. 6. The system according to claim 1 , wherein the plurality of relief structures are arranged on a circle and parallel to a radius of the circle. 7. The system according to claim 1 , wherein the plurality of relief structures are arranged on a circle and transverse to a radius of the circle. 8. The system according to claim 1 , wherein each first mechanical coding feature is adapted to facilitate a separation of the plurality of bungs in a bulk storage. 9. The system according to claim 1 , wherein each cartridge contains a respective one of a plurality of different contents, and wherein, for each cartridge, the respective first mechanical coding mechanism of the cartridge is indicative of the respective contents of the cartridge. 10. A system for drug delivery devices, comprising: a plurality of cartridges, each of the plurality of cartridges being provided with a bung comprising one of a plurality of different first mechanical coding features for carrying information regarding at least one of the cartridge and the content of the cartridge; and a plurality of drug delivery devices, each of the plurality of drug delivery devices comprising one of a plurality of different second mechanical coding features; wherein one of the plurality of cartridges is only mountable to one of the plurality of drug delivery devices in case that the first mechanical coding feature of the bung and the second mechanical coding feature of the drug delivery device match, wherein each of the plurality of first mechanical coding features comprises a protruding ring, wherein each of the plurality of second mechanical coding features comprises a trench, and wherein each of the plurality of cartridges is identifiable and/or distinguishable by the radius of the respective protruding ring. 11. The system according to claim 10 , wherein each bung is adapted to identify a medicinal product, which is contained in the respective cartridge including the bung, within a batch of medicinal products contained in the plurality of cartridges by means of the first mechanical coding feature of the respective bung. 12. The system according to claim 10 , wherein a respective medicinal product among a plurality of medicinal products can be identified by means of a plurality of visible structures of each first mechanical coding feature. 13. The system according to claim 10 , wherein each bung comprises at least two different materials. 14. The system according to claim 10 , wherein each bung is moveable along a longitudinal axis of the cartridge including the respective bung.
