A production method for animal excrement treatment material and a production device therefor, having: a step in which a raw material is granulized and a granular material is obtained; and a step in which a coating material is coated on the granular material. The step in which the coating material is coated on the granular material has: a step in which the coating material is arranged on the granular material; and a step in which a vibration is applied to the granular material having the coating material arranged thereupon.

The invention claimed is: 1. A method for manufacturing an animal excrement disposal material comprising: a step of obtaining a granule core layer material by adding water to and kneading a pulverized raw material to form the core layer material, a step of obtaining a colored core layer material by adding a coloring agent solution to the granule core layer material so that a colored layer is unevenly formed in the colored core layer, a step of obtaining a covered granular material by covering the colored core layer material with a covering material, a step of obtaining a dried covered granular material, wherein: the step of obtaining a covered granular material includes a step of disposing the covering material on the colored core layer material and a step of applying vibration to the colored core layer material having the covering material disposed thereon, in the step of disposing the covering material on the colored core layer material, the covering material covers the colored core layer material which is swollen and exhibits tackiness by the water in the step of obtaining a kneaded core layer material and water of the step of obtaining a colored core layer material, and in the step of applying vibration to the colored core layer material having the covering material disposed thereon, the colored core layer material is conveyed by a conveying mechanism and the colored core layer material jumps up from the conveying mechanism and drops onto the conveying mechanism by the vibration, therefore the covering material is pressed against the colored core layer material. 2. The manufacturing method as defined in claim 1 , wherein, in the step of applying vibration to the granule having the covering material disposed thereon, the granule is conveyed by a conveying mechanism. 3. The manufacturing method as defined in claim 2 , wherein the conveying mechanism includes a conveyance part that conveys the granule and a vibration generating part that applies vibration to the conveyance part. 4. The manufacturing method as defined in claim 1 , wherein the covering material is pressed against the granule by vibration which is applied to the conveyance part by the vibration generating part. 5. The manufacturing method as defined in claim 1 , wherein the granule comprises a first primary water-retaining member that is formed to be capable of retaining liquid animal excrement, and a first secondary water-retaining member that is formed to be capable of retaining liquid excrement transferred from the first primary water-retaining member and exhibits tackiness by absorbing liquid. 6. The manufacturing method as defined in claim 5 , wherein the granule contains water in the step of covering the granule with the covering material. 7. The manufacturing method as defined in claim 6 , wherein the covering material disposed on the granule is fixed to the granule by tackiness of the first secondary water-retaining member. 8. The manufacturing method as defined in claim 1 , wherein the granule comprises pulp and super absorbent polymer which are generated in a process of manufacturing disposable diapers. 9. The manufacturing method as defined in claim 8 , wherein the pulp forms the first primary water-retaining member. 10. The manufacturing method as defined in claim 8 , wherein the super absorbent polymer forms the first secondary water-retaining member. 11. The manufacturing method as defined in claim 1 , wherein the covering material comprises a second primary water-retaining member that is formed to be capable of retaining liquid animal excrement, a second secondary water-retaining member that is formed to be capable of retaining liquid excrement transferred from the second primary water-retaining member, and a water-absorbent adhesive that is formed to be capable of exhibiting adhesiveness by absorbing liquid.
