Official abstract text for this publication.
A method for producing a molded product 70 involves the use of a mold 40 including a cavity 44 to which a molding material is supplied and an intercepting member 45 capable of moving back and forth within the cavity 44 . The method comprises an interception step for moving the intercepting member 45 into the cavity 44 and an injection step for injecting the molding material into the cavity 44 . During the injection step, the intercepting member 45 is used to regulate the flow of the molding member inside the cavity 44 at the initial stage of the injection. The intercepting member is thereafter pulled into the mold 40.

What is claimed is: 1. An apparatus for producing molded products, the apparatus comprising: a clamping device for holding a mold, the mold including a cavity to which a molding material is supplied and an intercepting member capable of moving back and forth inside the cavity; an injection device for injecting the molding material; a pair of shaft members within the cavity, around which an insert material is to be wound, and the intercepting member extends from one of the shaft members to the other of the shaft members; and a control device for controlling at least the clamping device, the intercepting member, and the injection device, wherein the control device controls the injection device at a time of injection of the molding material, also regulates flow of the molding material within the cavity using the intercepting member at an initial stage of the injection, and thereafter controls the intercepting member so that the intercepting member is pulled into the mold. 2. A method for producing molded products by use of a mold including a cavity having a pair of shaft members to which a molding material is supplied and an intercepting member capable of moving back and forth inside the cavity, the method comprising: winding an insert material around the pair of shaft members; an interception step for moving the intercepting member into the cavity from one of the shaft members to the other of the shaft members; and an injection step for injecting the molding material into the cavity from one of the shaft members to the other of the shaft members, wherein the flow of the molding material within the cavity is regulated by use of the intercepting member at an initial stage of injection during the injection step and the intercepting member is thereafter pulled into the mold. 3. The method of claim 2 , wherein the cavity comprises: a molding material flow-in space in which a gate is provided; a diverging space communicating with the molding material flow-in space; and a pair of flow paths diverging from the diverging space, and wherein the intercepting member is regulated so that the molding material flows from the diverging space toward one of the flow paths during the injection step. 4. The method of claim 3 , wherein the pair of flow paths communicates with each other at an intersecting section located downstream of the diverging space, and wherein during the injection step, after the molding material flows through in an order of: the one of the flow paths; the intersecting section; and the other flow path to reach the molding material flow-in space, the intercepting member is pulled into the mold.
