The invention claimed is: 1. A protection tube apparatus, comprising: a latch configured to be engaged with an attachment hole of a panel on which an electric wire is wired; and a protection tube formed into tubular shape and accommodating the electric wire therein, the protection tube consisting of a corrugated tube arranged such that a plurality of ridges and grooves are alternately and repeatedly disposed in an axial direction of the protection tube on an outer peripheral face of the protection tube, wherein the latch is disposed on the outer peripheral face of the protection tube, and the protection tube is longer than the latch in the axial direction of the protection tube, and the latch comprises a tubular part, a latch part and a press part, wherein the tubular part is disposed about the outer peripheral face of the protection tube, the tubular part comprises a plurality of circular projecting strips disposed in the axial direction of the protection tube so as to be fitted into the plurality of grooves, the latch part is configured to retain engagement of the latch with the attachment hole, the press part comprises a taper-like shape, such that its diameter is enlarged as it extends away from the outer peripheral face of the protection tube, and is formed to have some elasticity, and an end of the press part presses a surface of the panel when the latch part is engaged with the attachment hole of the panel. 2. The protection tube apparatus as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the corrugated tube is provided across its whole length with a slit, wherein the latch is provided with a tubular part disposed on the outer peripheral face of the protection tube and formed into cylindrical shape, and the tubular part is provided with a slit continually communicating with the slit of the corrugated tube. 3. The protection tube apparatus as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the latch part further comprises a columnar part and a first latching piece extending obliquely from the columnar part, the first latching piece configured to retain engagement of the latch with the attachment hole, and the columnar part of the latch protrudes radially from the outer peripheral face of the protection tube. 4. The protection tube apparatus as claimed in claim 3 , wherein the latch part further comprises a second latching piece on an opposed side of the columnar part from the first latching piece, the second latching piece extending obliquely from the columnar part. 5. The protection tube apparatus as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the first latching piece and the second latching piece are elastically deformable in a direction approaching each other. 6. The protection tube apparatus as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the latch is configured to be engageable to the attachment hole of the panel with the protection tube axially aligned with the electric wire. 7. The protection tube apparatus as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the latch part further comprises: a columnar part; a first latching piece extending obliquely from the columnar part; and a second latching piece on an opposed side of the columnar part from the first latching piece, the second latching piece extending obliquely from the columnar part, wherein the first latching piece and the second latching piece are configured to retain engagement of the latch with the attachment hole, and wherein the columnar part, the first latching piece, and the second latching piece are aligned in an axial direction of the protection tube.
