What is claimed is: 1. A perfume mixture comprising an olfactive index (“OI”) of at least about 12,000, wherein said perfume mixture comprises at least about 5 wt. % of perfume raw materials having an odor detection threshold (“ODT”) less than or equal to about 1 ppb, and said perfume mixtures comprises about 45 wt. % to about 85 wt. % of perfume raw materials having a weighted average vapor pressure (“VP”) range from about 15,000 ppb to about 20,000 ppb. 2. The mixture of claim 1 , wherein said OI is at least about 25,000. 3. The mixture of claim 1 , wherein said OI is from about 12,000 to about 100,000. 4. The mixture of claim 1 , wherein at least about 10 wt. % of said perfume mixture comprises perfume raw materials having a ODT less than about 1 ppb. 5. The mixture of claim 1 , wherein at least about 10 wt. % of said perfume mixture comprises perfume raw materials having a ODT from about 0.5 ppb to about 1 ppb. 6. The mixture of claim 1 , wherein about 50 wt. % to about 80 wt. % of said perfume mixture comprises a weighted VP range from about 15000 ppb to about 20000 ppb at 25° C. 7. The mixture of claim 1 , wherein about 55 wt. % to about 75 wt. % of said perfume mixture comprises a weighted VP range from about 15000 ppb to about 20000 ppb at 25° C. 8. The mixture of claim 1 , wherein said perfume mixture comprises less than about 35 wt. % of a solvent. 9. The mixture of claim 1 , wherein the perfume mixture further comprises less than about 20 wt. % of a solvent. 10. A method of formulating a perfume mixture for use with an energized air freshener comprising the steps of calculating the average OI of said perfume mixture, and selecting perfume raw materials that provide a perfume mixture with an average OI of at least about 12,000, wherein said perfume mixture comprises at least about 5 wt. 11. The method of claim 10 , wherein said average OI is at least about 25,000. 12. The method of claim 10 , wherein said average OI is from about 25,000 to about 100,000.
