The invention relates to (among other things) polymer-sunitinib conjugates and related compounds. A compound of the invention, when administered by any of a number of administration routes, exhibits advantages over sunitinib in unconjugated form.

What is claimed is: 1. A compound encompassed within the formula and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein each n is an integer from about 100 to about 2270. 2. A composition comprising (i) a compound, of claim 1 , and (ii) a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient. 3. The compound of claim 1 , wherein each n is an integer from about 136 to about 2050. 4. The compound of claim 3 , wherein each n is an integer from about 225 to about 1930.
