What is claimed is: 1. A method comprising: providing, by a processor-based machine, a catalog to offer a first service to manage a lifecycle of a set of existing cloud services in combination, the existing cloud services being provided by existing cloud resources; associating, by the processor-based machine, a service blueprint with the first service, the service blueprint including a set of recipes to orchestrate cloud service application programming interfaces of the existing cloud resources to manage the lifecycle; receiving, by the processor-based machine, user selection of the first service; and delivering, by the processor-based machine, the first service in response to the receiving by automatically executing at least part of the set of recipes included in the service blueprint. 2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the set of recipes includes at least one recipe to build and deliver a cloud service from a combination of existing cloud services of the set. 3. The method of claim 1 , wherein the set of recipes includes at least one recipe to manage the entire lifecycle of one cloud service of the set of existing cloud services. 4. The method of claim 1 , further comprising associating at least one recipe with the service blueprint. 5. The method of claim 1 , wherein the service blueprint comprises a set of actions for a plurality of lifecycle management functions, and at least one recipe of the set of recipes comprises at least part of the set of actions. 6. The method of claim 1 , wherein the set of recipes includes a recipe parameterized by at least one contextual parameter, the method further comprising performing at least one of: setting the at least one contextual parameter at execution, and customizing the at least one contextual parameter with input from a user or other persona. 7. The method of claim 1 , wherein the set of recipes include actions to perform at least one of reserving, managing, monitoring, scaling up, scaling down, acquiring usage details, uninstantiating, and recovering at least one cloud service of the set of existing cloud services. 8. The method of claim 1 , wherein the set of recipes includes a recipe to partially perform monitoring of at least one cloud service of the set of existing cloud services, metering usage of the at least one cloud service of the set of existing cloud services, and handling an error associated with the at least one existing cloud service of the set of existing cloud services. 9. An article comprising a non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing instructions that when executed by at least one processor cause the at least one processor to: provide a catalog to offer a first service to manage a lifecycle of a set of existing cloud services in combination, the existing cloud services being provided by existing cloud resources; associate a service blueprint with the first service, the service blueprint including a set of recipes to orchestrate cloud service application programming interfaces of the existing cloud resources to manage the lifecycle; receive user selection of the first service; and response to receiving the user selection, deliver the first service by execution of at least part of the set of recipes in the service blueprint. 10. A system comprising: a processor; and a non-transitory computer readable medium storing instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to: provide a catalog to offer a first service to manage a lifecycle of a set of existing cloud services in combination, the existing cloud services being provided by existing cloud resources, associate a service blueprint with the first service, the service blueprint including a set of recipes to orchestrate cloud service application programming interfaces of the existing cloud resources to manage the lifecycle, receive user selection of the first service, and deliver the first service by execution of at least part of the set of recipes of the service blueprint. 11. The system of claim 10 , wherein the set of recipes includes at least one recipe to build a cloud service from a combination of the existing cloud services of the set and deliver the cloud service. 12. The system of claim 10 , wherein the set of recipes includes a recipe parameterized by at least one contextual parameter adapted to be set up at execution and/or customized by a user or other persona. 13. The system of claim 10 , wherein the set of recipes includes a workflow to perform at least one of reserving, managing, monitoring, scaling up, scaling down, acquiring usage details, uninstantiating, and recovering at least one cloud service of the set of existing cloud services. 14. The system of claim 10 , wherein the set of recipes includes a workflow to perform at least one of monitoring at least one cloud service of the set of existing cloud services, metering usage of the at least one cloud service of the set of existing cloud services, and handling an error associated with the at least one cloud service of the set of existing cloud services. 15. The system of claim 10 , wherein the set of existing cloud services includes a cloud service of a public cloud and a cloud service from a private cloud. 16. The system of claim 10 , wherein the existing cloud resources include an Infrastructure as a Service resource, a Platform as a Service resource, a Software as a Service resource, or a Database as a Service resource. 17. The system of claim 10 , wherein the non-transitory computer readable medium stores instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to modify the set of recipes of the service blueprint according to user input. 18. The system of claim 10 , wherein the non-transitory computer readable medium stores instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to receive, via an interface, user input to form a new service blueprint based on a combination of existing service blueprints associated with existing offerings of the catalog.
