The invention relates to substituted oxopyridine derivatives and to processes for their preparation, and also to their use for preparing medicaments for the treatment and/or prophylaxis of diseases, in particular cardiovascular disorders, preferably thrombotic or thromboembolic disorders, and oedemas, and also ophthalmic disorders.

The invention claimed is: 1. A compound ({2-[4-(5-Chloro-2-cyanophenyl)-5-methoxy-2-oxopyridin-1(2H)-yl]-3-[tetrahydro-2H-pyran-2-yl]propanoyl}amino)benzoic acid of the formula: or a salt thereof, solvate thereof or solvates of a salt thereof. 2. The compound according to claim 1 , wherein the compound has the formula: 3. A stereoisomer of the compound according to claim 1 , wherein the compound has the formula: or a salt thereof, solvate thereof or solvates of a salt thereof. 4. A stereoisomer of the compound according to claim 1 , wherein the compound has the formula: 5. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound according to claim 1 and an inert, nontoxic, pharmaceutically suitable excipient. 6. A method for the treatment and/or prevention of a thrombotic or thromboembolic disorders comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of at least one compound of claim 1 to a human or animal in need thereof. 7. A method for the treatment of an ophthalmic disorder comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of at least one compound of claim 1 to a human or animal in need thereof.
