Implementations described and claimed herein provide apparatuses and methods for providing different perch positions for feeding birds. In one implementation, a bird feeder includes a reservoir having a wall defining an interior. The wall has a wall opening to provide access to the interior. A port is mounted on the wall relative to the wall opening. The port includes a protruding portion extending from a surface. The protruding portion defines an opening providing access to the wall opening. A perch has a projecting portion extending from a surface covering the opening defined by the protruding portion. The surface has one or more holes providing access to the opening. The perch is connected to the port such that the projecting portion is moveable to a plurality of positions relative to an axis line extending through a center of the opening defined by the protruding portion.

What is claimed is: 1. A bird feeder comprising: a reservoir having a wall defining an interior, the wall having a wall opening to provide access to the interior; a port mounted on the wall relative to the wall opening, the port including a protruding portion defining an opening providing access to the wall opening; a perch having a projecting portion extending from a surface covering the opening defined by the protruding portion, the surface having one or more holes providing access to the opening, the perch connected to the port such that the projecting portion is moveable to a plurality of positions relative to an axis line extending through a center of the opening defined by the protruding portion. 2. The bird feeder of claim 1 , wherein the projecting portion is curved. 3. The bird feeder of claim 1 , wherein the surface covering the opening includes ornamental features. 4. The bird feeder of claim 1 , wherein the port is snapped into the wall. 5. The bird feeder of claim 1 , wherein the projecting portion is moveable to the plurality of positions by rotating the projecting surface about the axis line. 6. The bird feeder of claim 1 , wherein the projecting surface is moveable to the plurality of positions by sliding the projecting surface along a line intersecting the axis line. 7. The bird feeder of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of positions include above and below the axis line. 8. A bird feeder comprising: a reservoir including a mouth and a tube having a wall opening; a lid assembly configured to engage the mouth to occlude the reservoir; and a feeding station mounted to the tube relative to the wall opening, the feeding station including a port and a perch, the port including a protruding portion defining an opening providing access to the wall opening, the perch having a projecting portion extending from a surface covering the opening defined by the protruding portion, the surface having one or more holes, the perch connected to the port such that the projecting portion is moveable to a plurality of positions relative to an axis line extending through a center of the opening defined by the protruding portion. 9. The bird feeder of claim 8 , wherein the projecting portion is curved. 10. The bird feeder of claim 8 , wherein the projecting portion is moveable to the plurality of positions by rotating the projecting surface about the axis line. 11. The bird feeder of claim 8 , wherein the plurality of positions include above and below the axis line. 12. A bird feeder comprising: a reservoir having a wall defining an interior; at least one wall opening defined in the wall and providing access to the interior; a feeding station including a perch having a projecting portion and a ring, the feeding stations mounted to the wall relative to the at least one wall opening using the ring; and an opening defined by the ring, the ring creating a rotational axis line extending through a center of the opening defined by the ring, the perch mounted to the wall such that the projecting portion is rotatable to a plurality of positions relative to the rotational axis line. 13. The bird feeder of claim 1 , wherein the at least one wall opening provides access to the interior through which a bird may access birdseed held in the interior. 14. The bird feeder of claim 1 , wherein the opening defined by the ring is aligned with the at least one wall opening. 15. The bird feeder of claim 1 , wherein the projecting portion is configured to permit a bird to perch thereon. 16. The bird feeder of claim 1 , wherein the projecting portion extends linearly. 17. The bird feeder of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of positions include above and below the rotational axis line.
