The invention claimed is: 1. A compound represented by the following formula (2): wherein in the formula (2), R 1 to R 8 and R 11 to R 24 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or a substituent, provided that at least one of R 1 to R 8 represents a substituted or unsubstituted diarylamino group, and R 1 and R 2 , R 2 and R 3 , R 3 and R 4 , R 5 and R 6 , R 6 and R 7 , R 7 and R 8 , R 11 and R 12 , R 12 and R 13 , R 13 and R 14 , R 14 and R 15 , R 16 and R 17 , R 17 and R 18 , R 18 and R 19 , R 19 and R 20 , R 21 and R 22 , and R 23 and R 24 each may be bonded to each other to form a cyclic structure, provided that at least one combination of R 21 and R 22 , and R 23 and R 24 is bonded to each other to form a cyclic structure. 2. The compound according to claim 1 , wherein in the formula (2), at least one of R 1 to R 4 represents a substituted or unsubstituted diarylamino group, and at least one of R 5 to R 8 represents a substituted or unsubstituted diarylamino group. 3. The compound according to claim 2 , wherein R 3 and R 6 in the formula (2) each represent a substituted or unsubstituted diarylamino group. 4. A light emitting material containing the compound according to claim 1 . 5. A delayed fluorescent emitter having a structure represented by the following formula (2): wherein in the formula (2), R 1 to R 8 and R 11 to R 24 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or a substituent, provided that at least one of R 1 to R 8 represents a substituted or unsubstituted diarylamino group, and R 1 and R 2 , R 2 and R 3 , R 3 and R 4 , R 5 and R 6 , R 6 and R 7 , R 7 and R 8 , R 11 and R 12 , R 12 and R 13 , R 13 and R 14 , R 14 and R 15 , R 16 and R 17 , R 17 and R 18 , R 18 and R 19 , R 19 and R 20 , R 21 and R 22 , and R 23 and R 24 each may be bonded to each other to form a cyclic structure, provided that at least one combination of R 21 and R 22 , and R 23 and R 24 is bonded to each other to form a cyclic structure. 6. An organic light emitting device containing a substrate having thereon a light emitting layer containing the light emitting material according to claim 4 . 7. The organic light emitting device according to claim 6 , wherein the organic light emitting device emits delayed fluorescent light. 8.
