A capsule composition containing a capsule and a stabilizing agent. The capsule has an oil core containing an active material and a capsule wall encapsulating the oil core. The active material is a fragrance, a flavor, a malodor counteractant, or a combination thereof. The wall is formed of polyurea or polyurethane. The capsule composition has 20 ppm or greater of the stabilizing agent, which is a multi-functional amine, an amino acid, a polymer mixture, or a combination thereof. Also disclosed is a consumer product containing this capsule composition.

What is claimed is: 1. A capsule composition comprising: a capsule that has an oil core containing an active material and a capsule wall encapsulating the oil core, and a stabilizing agent, wherein the active material is a fragrance, a flavor, a malodor counteractant, or a combination thereof; the wall is formed of polyurea; the stabilizing agent, being 20 ppm to 2000 ppm by the weight of the capsule composition, is free hexamethylene diamine; the polyurea is a reaction product of a polyfunctional isocyanate and a polyfunctional amine as a cross-linking agent in the presence of a capsule formation aid; the capsule wall is 2 to 50% by weight of the capsule; and the oil core is 50 to 98% by weight of the capsule. 2. The capsule composition of claim 1 , wherein the polyfunctional isocyanate is an aromatic polyfunctional isocyanate, aliphatic polyfunctional isocyanate, or combination thereof, the aromatic polyfunctional isocyanate containing a phenyl, tolyl, xylyl, naphthyl, or diphenyl moiety, or a combination thereof and the aliphatic polyfunctional isocyanate being a trimer of hexamethylene diisocyanate, a trimer of isophorone diisocyanate, a biuret of hexamethylene diisocyanate, or a combination thereof. 3. The capsule composition of claim 2 , wherein the polyfunctional isocyanate is an aromatic polyfunctional isocyanate selected from the group consisting of polyisocyanurates of toluene diisocyanate, trimethylol propane-adducts of toluene diisocyanate, and trimethylol propane-adducts of xylylene diisocyanate. 4. The capsule composition of claim 2 , wherein the polyfunctional isocyanate is an aliphatic polyfunctional isocyanate selected from the group consisting of dimers, biurets, symmetric trimers, asymmetric trimers of hexamethylene diisocyanate. 5. The capsule composition of claim 1 , wherein the polyfunctional amine is hexamethylene diamine, hexaethylenediamine, ethylenediamine, 1,3- diaminopropane, 1,4-diamino-butane, diethylenetriamine, pentaethylenehexamine, bis(3- aminopropyl)amine, bis(hexanethylene)triamine, tris(2-aminoethyl)amine, triethylene-tetramine, N,N′-bis(3-aminopropyl)-1,3-propanediamine, tetraethylenepentamine, branched polyethylenimine, chitosan, nisin, gelatin, 1,3-diamino-guanidine, 1,1-dimethylbiguanide, guanidine, arginine, lysine, ornithine, or a combination thereof. 6. The capsule composition of claim 5 , wherein the cross-linking agent is hexamethylene diamine, hexaethylenediamine, ethylenediamine, 1,3-diaminopropane, 1,4- diamino-butane, diethylenetriamine, pentaethylenehexamine, bis(3-aminopropyl)amine, bis(hexanethylene)triamine, tris(2-aminoethyl)amine, triethylene-tetramine, N,N′-bis(3- aminopropyl)-1,3-propanediamine, tetraethylenepentamine, branched polyethylenimine, chitosan, nisin, gelatin, 1,3-diamino-guanidine, 1,1-dimethylbiguanide, guanidine, arginine, lysine, ornithine, histidine, amino-2-methyl-1-propanol, or a combination thereof. 7. The capsule composition of claim 6 , wherein the polyfunctional isocyanate is polymeric methylene diphenyl diisocyanate. 8. The capsule composition of claim 1 , wherein the capsule formation aid is a polyvinyl alcohol, polystyrene sulfonate, carboxymethyl cellulose, naphthalene sulfonate, polyvinylpyrrolidone, copolymer of vinyl pyrrolidone and quaternized dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate, or mixture thereof. 9. The capsule composition of claim 1 , wherein the stabilizing agent is hexamethylene diamine, hexaethylenediamine, ethylenediamine, 1,3-diaminopropane, 1,4- diamino-butane, diethylenetriamine, pentaethylenehexamine, bis(3-aminopropyl)amine, bis(hexanethylene)triamine, tris(2-aminoethyl)amine, triethylene-tetramine, N,N′-bis(3- aminopropyl)-1,3-propanediamine, tetraethylenepentamine, branched polyethylenimine, chitosan, nisin, gelatin, 1,3-diamino-guanidine, 1,1-dimethylbiguanide, guanidine, arginine, lysine, ornithine, histidine, amino-2-methyl-1-propanol, or a combination thereof. 10. The capsule composition of claim 1 , wherein the active material is a fragrance. 11. The capsule composition of claim 10 , wherein the capsule wall is formed of polyurea that is a reaction product between a polyfunctional isocyanate and a polyfunctional amine in the presence of a capsule formation aid, the polyfunctional isocyanate is polymeric methylene diphenyl diisocyanate, hydrogenated polymeric methylene diphenyl diisocyanate, methylene diphenyl diisocyanate, hydrogenated methylene diphenyl diisocyanate, a polyisocyanate based on xylene diisocyanate, or a polyisocyanate based on toluene diisocyanate, the polyfunctional amine is hexamethylenediamine, polyethylenimine, guanidine, arginine, lysine, or histidine, and the capsule formation aid is naphthalene sulfonate condensate or a salt thereof. 12. The capsule composition of claim 1 , further comprising a deposition aid that is an anionic, cationic, nonionic or zwitterionic polymer. 13. The capsule composition of claim 12 , wherein the deposition aid is polyquaternium-6, polyquaternium-47, polyquaternium-53, polyvinylamine, poly(vinylamine-co-vinylformamide), or a combination thereof. 14. The capsule composition of claim 1 , wherein the capsule, before formulating into the capsule composition, is purified by washing the capsule with water or an aqueous solution. 15. The capsule composition of claim 1 , wherein the capsule, before formulating into the capsule composition, is cured at a temperature of 55° C. or greater. 16. A consumer product comprising a capsule composition of claim 1 . 17. The consumer product of claim 16 , wherein the consumer product is a shampoo, a hair conditioner, a soap, a body wash, a cosmetic preparation, an all-purpose cleaner, a fabric softener, a fabric refresher, an ironing water, a fabric detergent, a unit dose tablet or capsule, a scent booster, a drier sheet, a fine fragrance, an Eau De Toilette product, a deodorant, an anti-perspirant, an roll-on product, or an aerosol product. 18. The consumer product of claim 17 , wherein the consumer product is a fabric softener containing 1 to 30% of a fabric softening agent, and 0.1 to 30% of the capsule. 19. The consumer product of claim 18 , wherein the fabric softener contains 2 to 25% of a fabric softening agent . 20. The consumer product of claim 19 , wherein the fabric softener contains 50 to 2000 ppm of hexamethylenediamine as the stabilizing agent.
