The invention claimed is: 1. A method of inhibiting or treating cancer metastasis in a subject in need thereof, which comprises administering an inhibitor of a polypeptide consisting of SEQ ID NO:1 to said subject, wherein said inhibitor is a specific antibody against said polypeptide consisting of SEQ ID NO:1, wherein said antibody is MAb E9 produced by the cell line deposited under CGMCC No. 2903 or MAb D10 produced by the cell line deposited under CGMCC No. 2904. 2. The method of claim 1 , wherein said cancer is selected from the group consisting of lung cancer, liver cancer, pancreatic cancer, breast cancer, and cervical carcinoma. 3. The method of claim 1 , wherein said subject has a plasma level consisting of SEQ ID NO:1 of above 200 ng/mL. 4. A method of inhibiting or treating cancer metastasis in a subject with a plasma level of SEQ ID NO:1 that is above 200 ng/mL, comprising: i) detecting a level of the polypeptide consisting of SEQ ID NO:1 in a plasma sample of said subject using an antibody to determine if the patient has a plasma level of SEQ ID NO:1 above 200 ng/mL; and ii) administering a specific antibody against said polypeptide consisting of SEQ ID NO:1 to said subject having a plasma level of SEQ ID NO:1 of above 200 ng/mL, wherein said specific antibody is MAb E9 produced by a cell line deposited under CGMCC No. 2903 or MAb D10 produced by a cell line deposited under CGMCC No. 2904. 5. The method of claim 4 , wherein said cancer metastasis is from a cancer selected from the group consisting of lung cancer, liver cancer, pancreatic cancer, breast cancer, and cervical carcinoma.
