A fold-enhancing device includes a pressing member, at least one retaining member, and a moving mechanism. The pressing member presses against a fold line of a recording-medium bundle folded into a booklet shape. The recording-medium bundle is obtained by stacking multiple sheets of recording media. The retaining member retains the recording-medium bundle and is provided at a position located away from the fold line in a direction intersecting the fold line and not in contact with the pressing member. The moving mechanism moves the pressing member and the retaining member in a direction extending along the fold line.

What is claimed is: 1. A fold-enhancing device comprising: a pressing member configured to press against a fold line of a recording-medium bundle folded into a booklet shape, the recording-medium bundle being obtained by stacking a plurality of sheets of recording media; at least one retaining member configured to retain the recording-medium bundle, the retaining member further configured to be provided in direct contact with the recording-medium bundle at a position located away from the fold line in a direction intersecting the fold line and not in contact with the pressing member; and a moving mechanism configured to move the pressing member and the retaining member in a direction extending along the fold line. 2. The fold-enhancing device according to claim 1 , wherein the retaining member includes a plurality of retaining members that are separated from each other in the direction extending along the fold line with respect to a center of the pressing member. 3. The fold-enhancing device according to claim 1 , wherein the retaining member includes a plurality of retaining members that are symmetrically arranged with respect to a center of the pressing member in the direction extending along the fold line. 4. The fold-enhancing device according to claim 1 , wherein the pressing member and the retaining member respectively include a plurality of pressing members and a plurality of retaining members that are symmetrically provided with the recording-medium bundle interposed therebetween. 5. The fold-enhancing device according to claim 1 , wherein the pressing member is further configured to press against the recording-medium bundle with a nipping dimension that is larger than a nipping dimension with which the retaining member nips the recording-medium bundle. 6. The fold-enhancing device according to claim 1 , wherein the pressing member is further configured to come into contact with the recording-medium bundle after the retaining member comes into contact with the recording-medium bundle. 7. The fold-enhancing device according to claim 1 , wherein the moving mechanism has a contact-noncontact mechanism configured to move the pressing member and the retaining member into contact with and away from the recording-medium bundle in a thickness direction of the recording-medium bundle, and wherein the contact-noncontact mechanism is further configured to integrally move the pressing member and the retaining member, and wherein in a case in which the pressing member and the retaining member come into contact with the recording-medium bundle, the retaining member is positioned such that a nipping dimension with which the retaining member nips the recording-medium bundle is smaller than a nipping dimension with which the pressing member nips the recording-medium bundle. 8. The fold-enhancing device according to claim 7 , wherein the moving mechanism is further configured to use the contact-noncontact mechanism to move the pressing member and the retaining member into contact with a central region of the recording-medium bundle in the direction extending along the fold line, then to move the pressing member and the retaining member to a first end of the recording-medium bundle in the direction extending along the fold line, to subsequently return the pressing member and the retaining member to the central region in a state where the pressing member and the retaining member are disposed out of contact with the recording-medium bundle by the contact-noncontact mechanism, then to use the contact-noncontact mechanism to move the pressing member and the retaining member into contact with the recording-medium bundle again, and to move the pressing member and the retaining member to a second end of the fold line. 9. The fold-enhancing device according to claim 7 , wherein the moving mechanism is further configured to use the contact-noncontact mechanism to move the pressing member and the retaining member into contact with the recording-medium bundle at a first end of the recording-medium bundle in the direction extending along the fold line, then to move the pressing member and the retaining member to a second end of the recording-medium bundle, and subsequently to use the contact-noncontact mechanism to dispose the pressing member and the retaining member out of contact with the recording-medium bundle. 10. The fold-enhancing device according to claim 1 , wherein the moving mechanism has a contact-noncontact mechanism configured to move the pressing member and the retaining member into contact with and away from the recording-medium bundle in a thickness direction of the recording-medium bundle, and wherein the contact-noncontact mechanism is further configured to cause, in a case in which the pressing member and the retaining member come into contact with the recording-medium bundle, the retaining member to come into contact with the recording-medium bundle prior to the pressure member, and wherein, the contact-noncontact mechanism is further configured to cause, in a case in which the pressing member and the retaining member move away from the recording-medium bundle, the pressing member to move away from the recording-medium bundle prior to the retaining member. 11. A post-processing device comprising: a folding device configured to stack a plurality of sheets of recording media and to fold the plurality of sheets of recording media into a booklet shape; and the fold-enhancing device according to claim 1 . 12. A processing apparatus comprising: an image forming unit configured to form an image onto a recording medium; and the post-processing device according to claim 11 . 13. A processing apparatus comprising: an image forming unit configured to form an image onto a recording medium; a folding device configured to stack a plurality of sheets of recording media having images formed thereon by the image forming unit and to fold the plurality of sheets of recording media into a booklet shape; and the fold-enhancing device according to claim 1 . 14. The fold-enhancing device according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one retaining member is further configured to be arranged on the recording-medium bundle further away from the fold line than the pressing member and beyond a length of the pressing member along the recording-medium bundle in the direction intersecting the fold line. 15. The fold-enhancing device according to claim 1 , further comprising: a second retaining member configured to retain the recording-medium bundle, wherein the retaining member and the second retaining member are symmetrically arranged at opposite sides of the pressing member in the direction intersecting the fold line. 16. The fold-enhancing device according to claim 1 , wherein the moving mechanism is further configured to move the pressing member and the retaining member along a plurality of guide grooves comprising pivotally-supported switching claws configured to block the guide grooves. 17. The fold-enhancing device according to claim 1 , wherein the pressing member is further configured to exert a first force on the recording-medium bundle according to a first spring attached to the pressing member, and the retaining member is further configured to exert a second force on the recording-medium bundle by a second spring, different than the first spring, attached to the retaining member. 18. The fold-enhancing device according to claim 1 , wherein the retaining member is configured to retain a wider area of the recording medium bundle than an area
