A bracket for attaching an actuator is easily bonded to a side frame while avoiding interference with a shaft for driving a reclining mechanism. In a seat side frame which is provided at each of both ends of a seat back frame in the width direction, a reclining mechanism, and an actuator, the reclining mechanism is attached to a side wall of the side frame, and the actuator is fixed to an attachment bracket bonded to an inner surface of a portion to which the reclining mechanism is attached in the side wall in the width direction. An upper portion which is disposed above the attachment portion of the reclining mechanism and a lower portion which is disposed below the attachment portion thereof are connected to each other at the rear ends thereof and are separated from each other at the front ends thereof.

The invention claimed is: 1. A seat frame for a vehicle seat comprising: side frames which are disposed at both ends of a seat back frame of a seat back of the vehicle seat in a seat width direction of the vehicle seat; a lower member frame connecting lower ends of the side frames; wherein: an opening is provided at at least one of end portions of the lower member frame in the seat width direction to form a C-shape in the at least one of the end portions of the lower member frame; the opening is provided at each of the end portions of the lower member frame in the seat width direction; a reinforcement portion is provided at an intermediate position between both of the openings in the seat width direction on the lower member frame; the reinforcement portion extends along the seat width direction; the lower member frame comprises a penetration hole; and the penetration hole is disposed at a position alongside an end of the reinforcement portion in the seat width direction. 2. The seat frame for the vehicle seat according to claim 1 , wherein: each of the side frames comprises: a side wall that is located at an outward position in the seat width direction; a rear wall that extends inward in the seat width direction from a rear end of the side wall; and a first corner that is a boundary portion between the side wall and the rear wall, the lower member frame comprises a second corner that is formed from one of the at least one of the end portions of the lower member frame; and the second corner of the lower member frame overlaps with the first corner of one of the side frames. 3. The seat frame for the vehicle seat according to claim 1 , further comprising: a rotation shaft for rotation of the seat back with respect to a seat cushion of the vehicle seat; wherein: the rotation shaft penetrates both a hole provided in the side frames and the opening provided at the at least one of the end portions of the lower member frame, and is attached to the side frames; and an inner periphery of the opening is larger than an outer periphery of the rotation shaft. 4. The seat frame for the vehicle seat according to claim 1 , wherein: a first bent portion is provided at an edge of the lower member frame that is bent in a direction that intersects the seat width direction; and the first bent portion is located at an inner side in the seat width direction relative to the opening. 5. The seat frame for the vehicle seat according to claim 1 , wherein: a second bent portion is provided at an outer edge of the at least one of the end portions of the lower member frame. 6. The seat frame for the vehicle seat according to claim 1 , wherein: each of the side frames is provided with a member frame attachment portion to which the lower member frame is attached; and the opening is located at an outer side in the seat width direction relative to the member frame attachment portion. 7. The seat frame for the vehicle seat according to claim 1 , wherein: the reinforcement portion is a reinforcement bead; each of the side frames comprises a member frame attachment portion to which the lower member frame is attached; and each end of the reinforcement bead in the seat width direction is disposed at an inner side relative to the member frame attachment portion. 8. A seat frame for a vehicle seat comprising: side frames which are disposed at both ends of a seat back frame of a seat back of the vehicle seat in a seat width direction of the vehicle seat; a lower member frame connecting lower ends of the side frames; wherein: an opening is provided at at least one of end portions of the lower member frame in the seat width direction to form a C-shape in the at least one of the end portions of the lower member frame; a second bent portion is provided at an outer edge of the at least one of the end portions of the lower member frame.
