An ultrasonic motor includes a vibrator configured to generate a vibration, a relatively movable member configured to be movable by the vibrator, wherein the relatively movable member is movable relatively according to the vibration of the vibrator, a holding unit configured to hold the vibrator, wherein the holding unit includes a first holding member configured to hold the vibrator and a second holding member; and a damping member provided between the vibrator and the second holding member and configured to reduce a vibration transmitted to the second holding member, a pressure unit configured to press the vibrator against the relatively movable member, wherein the second holding member is configured to press the vibrator against the relatively movable member, and wherein the first holding member is made of a material having a higher damping capability against the vibrator than a material of the second holding member.

What is claimed is: 1. A motor comprising: a vibrator configured to generate a vibration; a relatively movable member configured to be movable by the vibrator, wherein the relatively movable member is movable relatively according to the vibration of the vibrator; a holding unit configured to hold the vibrator, wherein the holding unit includes a first holding member configured to hold the vibrator and a second holding member; and a pressure unit configured to press the vibrator against the relatively movable member, wherein the second holding member is configured to press the vibrator against the relatively movable member, and wherein the first holding member has a higher damping capability against a vibration than the second holding member. 2. The motor according to claim 1 , wherein the first holding member is different in strength from the second holding member. 3. The motor according to claim 2 , wherein the second holding member is made of a material that has a higher strength than that of the first holding member. 4. The motor according to claim 1 , wherein the first holding member is movable in a direction perpendicular to a contact surface of the relatively movable member with the vibrator. 5. The motor according to claim 1 , wherein the first holding member holds the vibrator at near both ends of the vibrator, and the second holding member holds the vibrator at near a center of the vibrator. 6. The motor according to claim 1 , wherein the first holding member includes an opening portion, and the second holding member is disposed in the opening portion. 7. The motor according to claim 1 , further comprising a base configured to hold the first holding member, the second holding member, and the pressure unit, wherein the first holding member and the second holding member are inclinable to the base. 8. The motor according to claim 1 , wherein the vibration generated by the vibrator is an elliptical vibration. 9. A lens unit comprising a lens member which is driven by the motor of claim 1 . 10. A motor comprising: a vibrator configured to generate a vibration; a relatively movable member configured to be movable by the vibrator, wherein the relatively movable member is movable relatively according to the vibration of the vibrator; a holding unit configured to hold the vibrator; and a first damping member provided between the vibrator and the holding unit and configured to reduce a vibration transmitted to the holding unit; a second damping member provided between the vibrator and the holding unit and configured to reduce a vibration transmitted to the holding unit; and a pressure unit configured to press the vibrator against the relatively movable member. 11. The motor according to claim 10 , wherein the first damping member is a buffer. 12. The motor according to claim 10 , wherein the first damping member is made of felt. 13. The motor according to claim 1 , further comprising a damping member provided between the vibrator and the second holding member and configured to reduce a vibration transmitted to the second holding member. 14. The motor according to claim 13 , wherein the damping member is a buffer. 15. The motor according to claim 13 , wherein the damping member is made of felt. 16. The motor according to claim 13 , wherein the damping member has a higher damping capability against a vibration than the first holding member. 17. The motor according to claim 13 , wherein the damping member has a higher damping capability against a vibration than the second holding member. 18. The motor according to claim 1 , wherein the first holding member is made of a material having a higher damping capability against a vibration than a material of the second holding member. 19. A lens unit comprising a lens member which is driven by the motor of claim 10 . 20. A motor comprising: a vibrator configured to generate a vibration; a first member configured to hold the vibrator; and a second member configured to transmit a pressing force to the vibrator, wherein the first holding member has a higher damping capability against a vibration than the second holding member. 21. The motor according to claim 20 , wherein the first member is not arranged between the vibrator and the second member. 22. The motor according to claim 20 , wherein the first member is different in strength from the second member. 23. The motor according to claim 20 , wherein the second member is made of a material that has a higher strength than that of the first member. 24. The motor according to claim 20 , further comprising a damping member provided between the vibrator and the second member and configured to reduce a vibration transmitted to the second member. 25. The motor according to claim 24 , wherein the damping member is a buffer. 26. The motor according to claim 24 , wherein the damping member is made of felt. 27. The motor according to claim 24 , wherein the damping member has a higher damping capability against a vibration than the first member. 28. The motor according to claim 24 , wherein the damping member has a higher damping capability against a vibration than the second member. 29. The motor according to claim 20 , wherein the first member is made of a material having a higher damping capability against a vibration than a material of the second member. 30. The motor according to claim 20 , wherein a pressing force of a pressure unit is transmitted to the second member. 31. A lens unit comprising: a motor; and a lens member configured to be driven by the motor, the motor comprising: a vibrator configured to generate a vibration; a first member configured to hold the vibrator; and a second member configured to transmit a pressing force to the vibrator, wherein the first holding member has a higher damping capability against a vibration than the second holding member. 32. The lens unit according to claim 31 , wherein the first member is not arranged between the vibrator and the second member. 33. The lens unit according to claim 31 , further comprising a damping member provided between the vibrator and the second member and configured to reduce a vibration transmitted to the second member. 34. The lens unit according to claim 33 , wherein the damping member has a higher damping capability against a vibration than the first member. 35. The lens unit according to claim 33 , wherein the damping member has a higher damping capability against a vibration than the second member.
