We claim: 1. A compound selected from compounds of a formula wherein each of R 1 -R 4 is independently selected from H, alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkylsulfonyl, alkylcarbonyl, aryl, arylalkyl, alkenylalkyl and alkynylalkyl moieties; each of R′ 1 -R′ 4 is independently selected from H, alkyl, amino, alkylamino, alkylsulfonyl, alkylcarbonyl, alkoxy, alkoxycarbonyl, cyano, and halo moieties; m is an integer selected from 0-3, and n is an integer selected from 1-3; and salts, tautomers and combinations thereof. 2. The compound of claim 1 wherein R 1 is alkyl. 3. The compound of claim 2 wherein each of R′ 1 and R′ 3 is chloro. 4. The compound of claim 2 wherein m is 0-1 and n is 1-2. 5. The compound of claim 2 wherein R 1 is selected from methyl and ethyl moieties. 6. The compound of claim 5 wherein m is 0-1 and n is 1-2. 7. The compound of claim 6 wherein each of R′ 1 and R′ 3 is chloro, and each of R 3 , R′ 2 and R′ 4 is H. 8. The compound of claim 7 in pharmaceutical composition comprising a carrier component. 9. A compound selected from compounds of a formula wherein each of R 1 -R 4 is independently selected from H, alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkylsulfonyl, alkylcarbonyl, aryl, arylalkyl, alkenylalkyl and alkynylalkyl moieties; R′ is a halo moiety and m is an integer selected from 1-4; and n is an integer selected from 1-2, and salts, tautomers and combinations thereof. 10. The compound of claim 9 wherein R 1 is alkyl. 11. The compound of claim 10 wherein R′ is chloro and m is 2. 12. The compound of claim 11 wherein R 1 is selected from methyl and ethyl moieties, each of R 2 -R 4 is H and n is 1-2. 13. The compound of claim 12 in a pharmaceutical composition comprising a carrier component. 14. A compound selected from compounds of a formula wherein each of R 1 -R 4 , R′ 2 , and R′ 4 is independently selected from H, alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkylsulfonyl, alkylcarbonyl, aryl, arylalkyl, alkenylalkyl and alkynylalkyl moieties; each of R′ 1 and R′ 3 is independently selected from H, alkyl, amino, alkylamino, alkylsulfonyl, alkylcarbonyl, alkoxy, alkoxycarbonyl, cyano, and halo moieties; and m is 0-1 and n is 1-2, and salts, tautomers and combinations thereof. 15. The compound of claim 14 wherein R 1 is alkyl. 16. The compound of claim 14 wherein each of R′ 1 and R′ 3 is chloro. 17. The compound of claim 14 wherein R 1 is selected from methyl and ethyl moieties. 18. The compound of claim 14 wherein each of R′ 1 and R′ 3 is chloro, and each of R 3 , R′ 2 and R′ 4 is H. 19.
