A method includes receiving, by a user device, information regarding a sensed condition in a structure. The sensed condition is sensed by a sensory node. The method also includes providing, by the user device, a notification identifying the sensed condition to a user of the user device, and receiving, by the user device, information regarding navigable pathways of the structure. The method further includes determining, by the user device, a location of the user device, and identifying, by the user device, a first evacuation route based at least in part on the information regarding the sensed condition, the information regarding navigable pathways of the structure, and the location of the user device. The method also includes displaying, by the user device, the first evacuation route.

What is claimed is: 1. A method comprising: recording, by a user device, a plurality of different voice recordings; receiving, by the user device, information regarding a sensed condition in a structure, wherein the sensed condition is sensed by a sensory node; determining, by the user device, a location of the user device using at least in part an established network connection; automatically adjusting an audio volume level of the user device according to the determined location of the user device and a time of day prior to delivering a notification, wherein said adjusting the audio volume level of the user device comprises overriding a user setting of the user device; providing, by the user device, the notification identifying the sensed condition to the user of the user device by playing a selected voice recording, wherein the selected voice recording is selected from the plurality of different voice recordings based at least on the determined location of the user device and the time of day; receiving, by the user device, information regarding navigable pathways of the structure; identifying, by the user device, a first evacuation route based at least in part on the information regarding the sensed condition, the information regarding navigable pathways of the structure, and the location of the user device; and displaying, by the user device, the first evacuation route. 2. The method of claim 1 , wherein said providing the notification identifying the sensed condition is in response to a determination that the location of the user device is within an affected area of the sensed condition. 3. The method of claim 1 , wherein said displaying the first evacuation route comprises displaying turn-by-turn instructions to navigate the first evacuation route. 4. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: monitoring, by the user device, the location of the user device; determining, by the user device, that the user device is traveling a route that is not the first evacuation route; and identifying, by the user device, a second evacuation route in response to said determining that the user device is traveling the route that is not the first evacuation route. 5. The method of claim 4 , wherein the second evacuation route comprises the route that is not the first evacuation route. 6. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: receiving, by the user device, updated information regarding the navigable pathways of the structure that indicates that a portion of the first evacuation route is not navigable; and identifying, by the user device, a second evacuation route in response to said receiving updated information regarding the navigable pathways, wherein the second evacuation route avoids the portion of the first evacuation condition that is not navigable. 7. The method of claim 1 , wherein the information regarding the sensed condition is received from a building management system. 8. The method of claim 1 , wherein the selected voice recording is of a parent of the user. 9. The method of claim 1 , wherein the information regarding the sensed condition in the structure comprises a location of the sensed condition, and wherein the method further comprises determining to provide the notification by playing the selected voice recording based on the location of the sensed condition. 10. A mobile device comprising: a memory configured to store an application; and a processor operatively coupled to the memory, wherein the processor is configured to: record a plurality of different voice recordings; receive information regarding a sensed condition in a structure, wherein the sensed condition is sensed by a sensory node; determine a location of the mobile device using at least in part an established network connection; automatically adjust, based on an instruction from the application, the determined location of the user device, and a time of day, an audio volume level of the mobile device prior to delivering a notification, wherein said adjustment of the audio volume level of the mobile device comprises overriding a user setting of the mobile device; provide the notification identifying the sensed condition to a user of the mobile device by playing a selected voice recording, wherein the selected voice recording is selected from the plurality of different voice recordings based at least on the determined location of the user device and the time of day; receive information regarding navigable pathways of the structure; identify a first evacuation route based at least in part on the information regarding the sensed condition, the information regarding navigable pathways of the structure, and the location of the mobile device; and display the first evacuation route. 11. A system comprising: a sensory node comprising: a sensory node memory; and a sensory node processor operatively coupled to the sensory node memory, wherein the sensory node processor is configured to: transmit, to a user device, data comprising information identifying a sensed condition; and transmit, to the user device, data comprising navigable pathways of a structure; and the user device, wherein the user device comprises: a user device memory configured to store an application and a voice recording recorded by the user device; a user device interface configured to interface with a user of the user device; and a user device processor operatively coupled to the user device memory, wherein the user device processor is configured to: determine a location of the user device using at least in part an established network connection; automatically adjust, based on an instruction from the application, the determined location of the user device, and a time of day, an audio volume level of the user device prior to delivering a notification, wherein said adjustment of the audio volume level of the user device comprises overriding a user setting of the user device; provide a notification identifying the sensed condition to the user of the user device by causing a selected voice recording to be played by the user device interface, wherein the selected voice recording is selected from the plurality of different voice recordings based at least on the determined location of the user device and the time of day; identify a first evacuation route, wherein the first evacuation route is based at least in part on the information identifying the sensed condition, the information regarding navigable pathways of the structure, and the location of the user device; and display, on a user device display, the first evacuation route. 12. The system of claim 11 , wherein the determination of the location of the user device is based at least in part on location information received by the sensory node. 13. The system of claim 11 , wherein the user device is configured to receive, from the sensory node, the notification identifying the sensed condition. 14. The system of claim 11 , wherein said identifying the first evacuation route comprises receiving, from the sensory node, the first evacuation route. 15. The system of claim 11 , wherein said identifying the first evacuation route comprises determining the first evacuation route based at least in part on the information identifying the sensed condition, the information regarding navigable pathways of the structure, and the location of the user device. 16.
